<br />Grace Road to the easterly line of Metropolitan Park Allotment by constructing
<br />therein a five foot concrete public sidewalk on both sides thereof. It was
<br />moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by Mr. Hixson, that the statutory rule be

<br />Ordinance No. 26$9, an ordinance adopting the rules of order governing the
<br />Council of the City of North Olmsted, was given its third and final reading.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Hinkle, seconded by ?~Ir. MacDonald, the ordinance be

<br />Mr. Oviatt explained that Ordinance No. 2696 passed May 2$th submitting the
<br />three mill operating levy to the voters would require 60~ for passage.
<br />Under another section of the Code, if an ordinance is passed, not less
<br />than 90 days, nor more than 120 days preceding the November election, it
<br />will only require 55~ majority.
<br />Mr. MacDonald inquired of the Solicitor, "Do we have an Engineer". The
<br />Solicitor ruled we do not have an Engineer.
<br />It was moved by Mr, Wilson, seconded by Rir. Kinkel to reconsider the vote
<br />for the adoption of Ordinance No. 2690, (Fixing the duties and compense~tion
<br />of the City Engineer and declaring an emergency). "Yeass" Hinkel, Hixson,
<br />Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Hinkel, seconded by Mr. O'Neill, that the statutory axle
<br />be suspended and the Ordinance P1o. 2b90 be adopted as an emergency measure.
