"Yeas" Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, ~dilson. <br />It was moved by Mrs. I~yneh, seconded by Mr. Wilson, the Solicitor prepare <br />legislation for the adoption of the new fees for the Building Department. <br />"Yeas" Hinkel, Hixson, Krasner, Lynch, Wilson. <br />Mr. Wilson reported regarding Theresa Lane, and found the conditions <br />deplorable, but that we have a bond of Mr. Molnar's in the amount of X20,600.00. <br />These conditions should be taken care of immediately, and negotiations are <br />being made to meet with Mr. Molnar. <br />Mr. Wilson reported the Rules governing Council had been approved by the <br />Solicitor and are to be submitted for adoption by Council. <br />Ordinance 26$9 was introduced by Mr. Hinkel. An ordinance adopting the Rules <br />of Order governing the Council of the City of North Olmsted was given its <br />first .reading only. <br />A communication from. the Planning Commission was read, in which they stated <br />it would be advantageous to all concerned if all other City body meetings <br />would be arranged so as not to conflict with the work and progress of the <br />Planning Commission. <br />Ordinance No. 2690 weds introduced by Mr. Hinkel. An ordinance fixing the <br />duties and compensation of the City Engineer was given its first reading <br />only. <br />Resolution No. 2691 was introduced by Mrs. Lynch. A resolution authorizing <br />the Safety Director to appoint one regular full-time patrolman to the Police <br />Department, and declaring an emergency, The resolution was given its first <br />reading only. <br />Ordinance No. 2692 was introduced by Mr. Hixson. An ordinance prohibiting through <br />trucks from operating on Mastick Road from the Easterly city lisaits Westerly to <br />Columbia Road, and repealing Ordinance No. 834 enacted August 1, 1950, being <br />an ordinance restricting through trucks from operating on Route 17 in the City <br />of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. The ordinance waw given its <br />first reading only. <br />Mr. Wilson reported that the luncheon for All Scouts Day will be held at <br />Hellers at 11:30 A.M., and asked all of the official family of the City of <br />North Olmsted to participate. <br />It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by Mr. Wilson the Service Director be <br />authorized to advertise for bids for the tractor with front-end loader and <br />back-hoe.
