<br />Resolution No. 26$6 was introduced by Mr. Hixson. A resolution repealing
<br />Resolution No. 2662, passed March 25, 195$, authorizing Director of Public
<br />Service to advertise for bids for furnishing labor and material for improvement
<br />of Lessner Road from Lorain Road to Walter Road by constructing and installing
<br />a five foot concrete public sidewalk on both sides thereof, and authorizing
<br />Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for furnishing labor and
<br />material for improvement of Lessner Road from Lorain Road to Walter Road by
<br />constructing and installing a five foot concrete public sidewalk on both sides
<br />thereof, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Px. Hixson, seconded
<br />by Mrs. Lynch, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be
<br />read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The
<br />affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Hi.nkel, Hixson, Kramer,
<br />Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill. Thereupon, the resolution was read the second and
<br />third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as
<br />follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Sramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill.

<br />Ordinance No. 26$$ was introduced by Mr. O'Neill. An ordinance providing
<br />clothing allowance for operators of the North Olmsted Municipal Coach Line
<br />for the year 195$ and thereafter, and declaring an emergency. It was moved
<br />by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mr. Hinkel, that the statutory rule be suspended
<br />and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and put on
<br />its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Hinkel,
<br />Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill. Thereupon, the ordinance was
<br />read the second the third tames and put upon its passage and the affirmative
<br />vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill.
<br />It was moved by lair. Hixson, seconded by Mr. O'Neill, Mr. Hazelton's absence
<br />be excused. "Yeas" Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill.
