A resolution requesting <br />the City Auditor to furnish a Certificate of the Estimated Life of the <br />improvement of Lucille Drive from Grace Road to the easterly line of <br />Metropolitan Park Allotment by constructing and installing therein a five <br />foot concrete public sidewalk on both sides thereof and the maximum maturity <br />of notes and bonds to be issued therefor. It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded <br />by Mr. Hinkel, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be <br />read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. That the estimated life of the improvement referred to in your <br />Resolution No. 2683, passed the 7th day of May, 195$, is hereby <br />certified to be at least ten years. <br />2, The maximum maturity of notes calculated in accordance with the <br />provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code of Ohio is two years. <br />3. The maximum maturity of bonds contemplated by said ordinance authorizing <br />the issuing of notes is ten years. <br />Signed: Elroy M. An ordinance to provide <br />for the issuance of notes in anticipation of the levying of special assessments <br />and in anticipation of the issuing of bonds in anticipation of the collection <br />of special assessments for the improvement of Lucille Drive from Grace Road <br />to the easterly line of Metropolitan Park Allotment by constructing and install- <br />ing a five foot concrete public sidewalk on both sides thereof. It was moved <br />by Mr. Hinkel, seconded by Mr. MacDonald, that the stahitory rule be suspended <br />and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and put on <br />its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Hinkel, <br />Hixson, Kramer, Iynch, MacDonald, O'Neill.
