APRIL 15, 1958 - PAGE 6 <br />Ordinance No. 2677 was introduced by Mr. MacDonald. An ordinance to provide <br />for the issuing of notes in anticipation of the levy of special assessments and <br />in anticipation of the issuing of bonds in anticipation of the collection of <br />special assessments for the improvement of Lessner Road from Lorain Road to <br />Walter Road by constructing and installing a five foot concrete public sidewalk <br />on both sides thereof. It was moved by Mr. MacDonald, seconded by Mr. Kramer, <br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the <br />second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said <br />motion was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O~Neilh Wilson. <br />Thereupon, the ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon <br />its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, <br />Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O~Neill, Wilson. <br />Resolution No. 2678 was introduced by Mr. Hinkel. A resolution requesting the <br />auditor to furnish a certificate of the estimated life of usefulness of the <br />improvement of Lessner Road from Walter Road to Columbia Road, by constructing <br />and installing a five foot concrete public sidewalk on both sides thereof. It <br />was moved by Mr. Hinkel, seconded by Mr. MacDonald that the resolution be <br />adopted as read. "Yeas"'Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O~Neill, <br />Wilson. <br />Certificate of Auditor; The undersigned, City Auditor, as the fiscal officer <br />of t e City of North 0 mated, Ohio, as defined by Section 133.01 of the <br />Revised Code of Ohio, hereby certifies as follows: <br />1. That the estimated life of the property or improvement referred <br />to in your Resolution No. 2676 of April 15, 1957 is hereby certified to be <br />at least ten years. <br />2. The maximum maturity of such notes calculated in accordance with <br />the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code of Ohio is two years. <br />3. The maximum maturity of the bonds contemplated by said ordinance <br />authorizing issuing of notes is ten years. <br />All of which is respectfully submitted. /s/ E. M. Due to the limited time <br />Mr. Drane was invited to attend the adjourned meeting of April 22nd and <br />address Council relative to Codification of Ordinances. <br />The meeting adjourned. to the call of the Clerk at 11:00 P.M.. <br />_ ~ - <br />.
