<br />Ordinance No. 2669 was introduced by 2~ir. Kramer. f1n ordinance to provide
<br />for the issuance of notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds nor the
<br />pur~oose of paying the cost of plans, specifications and other preliminary
<br />costs incident to and requisite for the construction of a sewage collection
<br />system and sewage treatment plant for the City of North Olmsted, and declaring
<br />an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by ~~s. Hixson that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immmediately the second
<br />a,nd third times and put upon its passage. The affirmative vote on said
<br />motion was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, 2~tacDonald, O'Neill,
<br />Wilson. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and turd times and
<br />put upon its passage and. the affirmative vote thereon was as follows;
<br />Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, NlacAonald, O'Neill, Vai.lson.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Hixsor~ a~rod seconded by Pir. Kramer that John Cloyd's
<br />salary as Engineer be~-};00 per month. "Yeas" Hixson, Kramer, MacDonald
<br />and O'Neill. "Nays" Hinkel, Lynch and Wilson.
<br />Ordinance No. 2670 was introduced by Mr. Hixson. An ordinance employing John.
<br />R. Cloyd, Engineer and fixing his compensation. It was moved by 2~Ir. Hixson,
<br />seconded by Mr. Kramer, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordirr-once
<br />be read immediately the second and third times and. put on its passage. The
<br />affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: "Yeas" Hixson, Lynch,
<br />Kramer, MacDonald, O'Neill. "Nays" Hinkel, ~r~~tilson. Therefore, Ordinance
<br />No. 2670 was given its first reading only.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by lair. Hinkel, that the bond of
<br />Northern Ohio Paving Company be approved in the amount of ~~18,600.00. "Yeas"
<br />Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson.
<br />~Ir. Stevens, attorney for y~estchester Estates a~:peared before Council to
<br />have Council accept the streets on Subdivision Nos. 1, 2, .3 and 4 of
<br />T~iestchester Estates for dedication. It was moved by Mr. Hinkel, seconded by
<br />?vIr. Kramer, that the check in t-,he amount of X2,900.00 be accepted under
<br />conditions contained. in the letter to the Solicitor. "Yeas" Hinkel, Hixson,MaeDonal~
<br />Kramer, Lynch. "Nays" e-Yilson, O'Neill. The Solicitor is to prepare legis-
<br />lation for dedicat~.on.
<br />Ordinance No. 2b71 v:as introduced by Mr. MacDonald. an ordinance authorizing
<br />the Director of Public Service to authorize Floyd Browne & associates to
<br />prepare drawins , plans and specifications and to provide for Engineering
<br />Services. It was moved by Mr. MacDonald and seconded by Mr. Hinkel that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read imme~ii.ately the second
<br />and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion
<br />was as follows; Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson.
<br />Thereupon, the ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon
<br />its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson,
<br />Kramer, Lynch, I~gacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson.
