Kramer. An ordinance determining <br />to proceed with the improvement of Gessner Road from tidalter Road westerly <br />to Columbia Road by constructing therein a five foot concrete public sidewalk, <br />on both sides thereof, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by I~ir. <br />Kramer, seconded by Nir. Hixson, that the statutory rule be suspended and the <br />ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and put on its <br />passage. R.S., Members of the F:iremens' Relief <br />~c Pension mind or of the Fire Depar~tnent of the City of North Olmsted, <br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by i~Ir.
