<br />Ordinance No. 26b6 was introduced by M•r. Kramer. An ordinance determining
<br />to proceed with the improvement of Gessner Road from tidalter Road westerly
<br />to Columbia Road by constructing therein a five foot concrete public sidewalk,
<br />on both sides thereof, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by I~ir.
<br />Kramer, seconded by Nir. Hixson, that the statutory rule be suspended and the

<br />the Solicitor to prepare a proposal on behalf of the City of North Olmsted
<br />to Public Employees' Retirement System of Ohio for adjustment of the account
<br />of the City and contributors to P.E. R.S., Members of the F:iremens' Relief
<br />~c Pension mind or of the Fire Depar~tnent of the City of North Olmsted,
<br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by i~Ir. O'Neill, seconded by IU~r.

<br />The undersigned, City Auditor, as fiscal officer of the City of North
<br />Olmsted, Ohio, as defined by Section 133.01 of the Revised Code, hereby
<br />certii'ies in connection hjith your proposed issue of bonds and notes to
<br />Iay the cost, of plans, specifications and other preliminary costs incident
<br />to and re~ai~te for the construction of a sewage collection system and
<br />sewage treatment plant for the City of North Olmsted as follows:
<br />That the maximtun maturity of such bonds calculated in accordance ti,!i_th
<br />the provisions of Section 727.311 of the Revised Code shawl be the same as
<br />the aggregate maturity og the assessments in anticipation of which such
<br />bonds are to be issued, to wit: twenty (20) years.
<br />In the event notes are issued in anticip•wtion of the issuance of such
<br />bonds, the maturity of such notes may not exceed five (5) years, if sold
<br />publicly; or one (1) year if sold at private sale.
