<br />Resolution No. 2662 was introduced by Mr. ~~dilson. A resolution authorizing
<br />the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for furnishing of labor
<br />and material for the improvement of Lessner Road from Lorain Road to Walter
<br />Road, by constructing and installing a five foot concrete sidewalk on both
<br />sides thereof, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Wilson,
<br />seconded by Mr. Kramer, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolu-
<br />tion be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage.
<br />The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer,
<br />Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, i~rilson. Thereupon, the resolution was read the
<br />second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote

<br />the Solicitor to approve Journal Entry in the injunction action brought by
<br />Mildred Knapik Et Al, VS City of North Olmsted, Et Al, and declaring an
<br />emergency. It was moved by Mr. ~'+ilson, seconded by Mr. Hinkel, that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the
<br />second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on
<br />said motion was as follows: Hinkel, Hi.xson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald,
<br />O'Neill, ~ilsoh. Thereupon, the resolution was read the second and third
<br />times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as
<br />follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, ?~rilson.
<br />The Mayor appointed Miss Alice Dobbins to represent both the administration
<br />and Council to Community Council.
<br />The Building Commissioner requested permit fees for the City of North Olmsted
<br />be adjusted to conform to surrounding communities, and would like to meet
<br />with the Safety Committee and go over it with them.
<br />The meeting adjourned to the call of the Clerk at 10:23 P.1~1.
