<br />it necessary to improve Lucille Drive from Grace Road to the Easterly line
<br />of Metropolitan Park Allotment by constructing therein a sidewalk. It was
<br />moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by Mr. O'Neill that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third times
<br />and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as fallows:

<br />Regional Dwelling House Code, prepared by the Regional Planning Commission
<br />of Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio to provide minimum standards in construction
<br />to safe guard life, limb, health, property and the public welfare, and repealing
<br />the provisions of any and all ordinances which are inconsistent or in conflict
<br />herewith, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Wilson, seconded by
<br />Mr. MacDonald, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be re:~.d

<br />the Solicitor to institute Civil Action against C. L. DeLong Trucking, Inc.,
<br />for negligence resulting in extensive sewer repair, and declaring an emergency.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by Mrs. Lynch, that the statutory rule

<br />the Police Court, fixing compensation for an assistant Solicitor and, declaring
<br />an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Wilson, seconded by Mrs. Lynch, that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second
<br />and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion

<br />Water Main #1, and for Canterbury Road Sewer, all in the City of North Olmsted,
<br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mrs. Lynch, seconded by Mr. Mac-
<br />Donald, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately
<br />the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on
