<br />Ordinance No. 2626 ties introduced by Mr. MacDonald. An ordinance amending
<br />Ordinance 2419, enacted January 2, 1957, being an ordinance entitled,
<br />Ordinance adopting and ratifying table of organization sr the personnel
<br />of the service department, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by
<br />Mr. MacDonald, seconded by Mr. Hinkel, that the statutory rule be suspended
<br />and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and put
<br />on its passag®. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Hinkel,
<br />Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson. Thereupon, the ordinance
<br />was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirma-

<br />Ordinance No. 2627 was introduced by Mr. O'Neill. An emergency ordinance
<br />~r:, awarding a contract for electric street lighting service in the City to
<br />the Cleveland Electric I1ltmtinating Compar~y. Tt was moved by Mr. O'Neill,
<br />seconded by Mr. MacDonald, that the statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and put on its
<br />passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follower Hirakel, Hixson,
<br />Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'NeiLl, Wilson. Thereupon, the ordinance was

<br />Ordinance No. 262$ was introduced by Mr. O'Neill. An ordinance prohibiting
<br />parking of motor vehicles on both sides of Brookpark Road in the City of North
<br />Olmsted from Lorain Road easterly to Parkview Village Limits, requiring the
<br />posting of appropriate signs and fixing oY the penalty Yor violation thereof,
<br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mr.
<br />Hinkel, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immeda.-

<br />Resolution No. 2629 was introduced by Mr. MacDonald. A resolution authorizing
<br />the Safety Director to advertise in the Berea News the sale of unclaimed
<br />property held by the Police Department of the City of North Olmsted at a
<br />public auction and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. MacDonald,
<br />seconded by Mr. Kramer, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolu-
<br />tion be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage.
<br />The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer,
<br />Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson. Thereupon, the resolution was read the
<br />second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote

<br />Clerk to advertise notice on owners of property abutting on both sides of
<br />Lessner Road from Lorain Aoad to Walter Road not residents or not found in
<br />Cuyahoga County, for the proposed improvement of said road by the installa-
<br />tion therein of sidewalks, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr.
<br />Hixson, seconded by Mx~ Lynch, that the statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put on its
<br />passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson,
<br />Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson. Thereupon, the resolution was
<br />read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative
