JANUARY 28, 1958 - PAGE 2. Ordinance No. 2626 ties introduced by Mr. MacDonald. An ordinance amending Ordinance 2419, enacted January 2, 1957, being an ordinance entitled, Ordinance adopting and ratifying table of organization sr the personnel of the service department, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. MacDonald, seconded by Mr. Hinkel, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passag®. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson. Thereupon, the ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirma- tive vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Haxson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson. Ordinance No. 2627 was introduced by Mr. O'Neill. An emergency ordinance ~r:, awarding a contract for electric street lighting service in the City to the Cleveland Electric I1ltmtinating Compar~y. Tt was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mr. MacDonald, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. An ordinance prohibiting parking of motor vehicles on both sides of Brookpark Road in the City of North Olmsted from Lorain Road easterly to Parkview Village Limits, requiring the posting of appropriate signs and fixing oY the penalty Yor violation thereof, and declaring an emergency. A resolution authorizing the Safety Director to advertise in the Berea News the sale of unclaimed property held by the Police Department of the City of North Olmsted at a public auction and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. MacDonald, seconded by Mr. Kramer, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolu- tion be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson. Thereupon, the resolution was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Iyneh, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson. Resolution No. 2630 was introduced by Mr. Hixson. A resolution authorizing Clerk to advertise notice on owners of property abutting on both sides of Lessner Road from Lorain Aoad to Walter Road not residents or not found in Cuyahoga County, for the proposed improvement of said road by the installa- tion therein of sidewalks, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Hixson, seconded by Mx~ Lynch, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Hinkel, Hixson, Kramer, Lynch, MacDonald, O'Neill, Wilson.
