DECEMBER 17, 1957 - PAGE 3. <br />The matter of additional copies of the Floyd Browne Report on Sewerage for <br />the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, was discussed. It was moved by Mr. Baker, <br />seconded by ~T'. Crider, that Floyd Browne and Associates be authorized to <br />print fifty (50) additional copies of the report. "Yeas" Baker, Grider, <br />Kramer, P~acDonald, Neubauer, Porter. <br />The bond of Frate Construction Co., Inc., for constructing Storm Sewer on <br />Decker Road from Midvale Avenue to a ditch on southerly line of Sublot No. <br />396, Firemen's Fund Indemnity Company, in the amount of X4,500.00 to be <br />approved. It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by Mr. Porter, the bond <br />be approved. "Yeas" Baker, Crider, Kramer, MacDonald, Neubauer, Porter. <br />Ordinance No. 2605 was introduced by Mr. Kramer. An ordinance to transfer <br />appropriations. It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by Mr. Neubauer, that <br />the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the <br />second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said <br />motion was as follows: Baker, Crider, Kramer, MacDonald, Neubauer, Porter. <br />Thereupon, the ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its <br />passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Baker, Crider, <br />Kramer, MacDonald, Neubauer, Forter. <br />Resolution No. 2606 was introduced by Mr. Neubauer. A resolution declaring <br />intent to appropriate property for site and access to proposed sewage treat- <br />ment plant. It was moved by i~r. Neubauer, seconded by 2~Ir. Kramer, that the <br />statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second <br />and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion <br />was as follows: Baker, Crider, Kramer, MacDonald, Neubauer, Porter. There- <br />upon, the resolution was read the second and third times and put upon its <br />passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Baker, Crider, <br />Kramer, MacDonald, Neubauer, Porter. <br />Resolution No. 2607 was introduced by Mr. Kramer. A resolution appointing <br />an assistant to the clerk of the city for the purpose of making service of <br />notices. It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by Mr. Neubauer, that the <br />s+~atutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second <br />and third times and put on its passage.
