<br />A communication was read from the North Olmsted Women's Club appealing to
<br />Council to take into consideration what has been done by their organization
<br />before raising the rates for the North Olmsted Community Building.
<br />Mr. Dan Benuska from the audience requested release of bond and dedication
<br />of Ranchview inasmuch as all discrepancies have now been corrected. Mr. Dean
<br />reported that inspection has been made and everything is completed and gave
<br />his verbal approval for dedication.
<br />The Mayor reported there would be a meeting at the Public Library of all of
<br />the County Officials which he would attend, in order to get a library building
<br />for North Olmsted next year.
<br />The Mayor presented applications for exemption of property, which might cover
<br />the Fire Stations and Land Fill from taxes. The Solicitor is to process it.
<br />Mr. Decker opened the meeting to the Public Hearing of Resolution No. 2590,
<br />(Declaring the intention of constructing a municipal sewerage system for the
<br />City of North Olmsted and directing publication of noticethereof pursuant
<br />to R.C. Section 727.311." This is the assessing resolution in preparation
<br />for the sewer plans, in the amount of .95 mills. No objections from the
<br />audience.
<br />Mr. MacDonald is now present.
<br />Ordinance No. 2601 was introduced by Mr. Baker. An ordinance accepting Ohio
<br />Shores Construction Corporation re-subdivision No. 3 and subdivision No. 4
<br />for subdivision purposes and recording only. It was moved by Mr. Baker, seconded
<br />by Mr. Porter, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirma-
<br />tive vote on said motion was as follows: Baker, Crider, Kramer, MacDonald,
<br />Neubauer, Porter. Thereupon, the ordinance was read the second and third tunes
<br />and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows:

<br />Ordinance No. 2602 was introduced by Mr. Crider. An ordinance accepting
<br />Alexander Steve Subdivision of lots on Barton Road for recording. It was moved
<br />by Mr. Crider, seconded by Mr. MacDonald, that the statutory rule be suspended
<br />and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third ta3nes and put on
<br />its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows:. Baker,
<br />Crider, Kramer, F~.acDonald, Neubauer, Porter. Thereupon, the ordinance was
<br />read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative
<br />vote thereon was as follows: Baker, Crider, Kramer, MacDonald, Neubauer,
<br />Porter.
<br />Ordinance No. 2603 was introduced by Mr. Crider. An ordinance amending sections
<br />1 and 2 of Ordinance No. 2211x. entitled "An ordinance determining salaries,
<br />wages and bonds of appointed officials and employees of the city of North
<br />Olmsted", as amended by Ordinance No. 249b, passed June 4, 1957, and Ordinance
<br />No. 2533, passed August 20, 1957. It was moved by Mr. Crider, seconded by
<br />Mr. Baker, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirma-
<br />tive vote on said motion was as follows: Baker, Crider, Kramer, MacDonald,
<br />Neubauer, Porter. Thereupon, the ordinance was read the second and third
<br />times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows:

<br />p~n.ance No. 2604 was introduced by Mr. Neubauer. An ordinance accepting Dan
<br />Benuska Subdivision No. 1 for dedication. It was moved by Mr. Neubauer,
<br />seconded by Mr, MacDonald, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordin-
<br />ance be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage.
<br />The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Baker, Crider, Kramer,
<br />MacDonald, Neubauer, Porter. Thereupon, the ordinance was read the second
<br />and third Mmes and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was
<br />as follows: Baker, Crider, Kramer, MacDonald, Neubauer, Porter.
<br />It was also moved by T~Ir. Neubauer, seconded by Mr. 3aker, that the bond of
<br />Dan Bernaska for Ranchview Subdivision No. 1 be released. "Yeas" Baker,
