An ordinance to amend <br />Articles XI and XII of Ordinance No. 2Lili.S, passed March 19th, 1957, entitled <br />"An ordinance dividing the city of North Olmsted, Ohio, into districts for <br />the purpose of regulating and restricting the location of buildings and <br />other structures and of premises to be used for trade, industry, residence <br />or other specified uses; regulating and limiting the height of buildings <br />and other structures, regulating the bulk and location of buildings and <br />other structures, the percentage of lot occupancy, set back building lines <br />and the area of yards, courts and other open spaces; providing for a method <br />of administration; for an administrative board; and for the imposition of <br />penalties for violation".
