<br />The Engineer reported that W. 230th, W. 232nd, and Mildred Avenue checked
<br />out O.K, with the exception of sidewalks on the south side of Mildred
<br />Avenue, and the Fire I~pdrants to be checked by the Fire Chief.
<br />Mr. Decker advised that the Publicity Committee has prepared answers to
<br />the letters which appeared in the November 4th issue of the North Olmsted
<br />Guide, the answers to these letters be published in the Guide; if not in
<br />'" the Guide, in some other paper, and asked that the action of the Publicity
<br />Committee be approved and certified copies of the letters become part of

<br />Ordinance No. z59~. was introduced by Mr. Baker. An ordinance to amend
<br />Articles XI and XII of Ordinance No. 2Lili.S, passed March 19th, 1957, entitled
<br />"An ordinance dividing the city of North Olmsted, Ohio, into districts for
<br />the purpose of regulating and restricting the location of buildings and
<br />other structures and of premises to be used for trade, industry, residence
<br />or other specified uses; regulating and limiting the height of buildings
<br />and other structures, regulating the bulk and location of buildings and
<br />other structures, the percentage of lot occupancy, set back building lines
<br />and the area of yards, courts and other open spaces; providing for a method
<br />of administration; for an administrative board; and for the imposition of
<br />penalties for violation". It was moved by Mr. Schwenk, seconded by Mr.
<br />MacDonald, the ordinance be given its first reading only, and a public
<br />hearing to be held December 30th, 1957, in the Council Chamber at the City
<br />Hall, North Olmsted, Ohio, at $:00 P.M.
<br />The Engineer reported that Mr. Dan Benuska should make a larger inlet at
<br />the lowest point to take the storm water, South of Ranchview, where the
<br />new catch basin was put in.
<br />The matter of permitting permanent storage trailers at the Draudt Engineering
<br />Company on Clague Road is to be put on the agenda for January, 195$.
