<br />It was moved by Mr. Crider, seconded by Mr. Baker, the Engineer be instructed
<br />to prepare plans and specifications for Lessner Road sidewalk from Tr~alter
<br />Road to Columbia Road.
<br />Resolution No. 2589 was introduced by Mr. Crider. A resolution declaring it
<br />necessary to improve Lessner Road from Walter Road to Columbia Road, by
<br />constructing and installing a five foot concrete public sidewalk on both
<br />sides thereof. It was moved by Mr. Crider, seconded by Mr. Porter that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second
<br />and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion
<br />was as follows: Baker, Crider, Kramer, MacDonald, Neubauer, Porter, Schwenk.
<br />Thereupon, the resolution was read the second and third times and put upon
<br />its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows; Baker, Crider,

<br />Resolution No. 2590 was introduced by Mr. Baker. A resolution declaring
<br />the intention of constructing a municipal sewerage system for the City of
<br />North Olmsted and directing publication of notice thereof pursuant to
<br />R. C. Section 727.311. It was moved by Mr. Baker, seconded by Mr. Crider
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately
<br />the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on
<br />said motion was as follows: Baker, Crider, Kramer, MacDonald, Neubauer,
<br />Porter, Schwenk. Thereupon, the resolution was read the second and third

<br />A public hearing on this resolution is to be set for December 17th, $:00 P.M.
<br />at the North Olmsted City Hall.
<br />Ordnance No. 2591 was introduced by Mr. Kramer. An ordinance authorizing
<br />the sale of copies of ducwnents made by the Verifax Duplicating Machine,
<br />setting the charge to be made therefor and the disposition to be made of
<br />the proceeds received therefrom. It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by
<br />Mr. Porter, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirma-
<br />tive vote on said motion was as follows: Baker, Crider, grainer, MacDonald,
<br />Neubauer, Porter, Schwenk. Thereupon, the ordinance was read the second and
<br />third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was
<br />as follows: Baker, Crider, Kramer, MacDonald, Neubauer, Forter, Schwenk.
<br />Ordinance No. 2592 was introduced by Mr. Schwenk. An ordinance authorizing
<br />the sale of photographs taken by the Police Department, setting the charge
<br />to be made therefor and the disposition to be made of the proceeds received
<br />therefrom. It was moved by h1r. Schwenk, seconded by Mr. Kramer, that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second
<br />and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion
<br />was as follows: Baker, Crider, Kramer, MacDonald, Neubauer, Porter, Schwenk.

<br />A motion was made by Mr. Crider, seconded by Mr. MacDonald, authorization
<br />be given the Auditor to pay Harry Hird the sum of X9.30, the balance of
<br />expenses incurred while attending F.B.I. School in Washington. "Yeas"

<br />the Solicitor was requested to draw up a new ordinance for the sliding wage

<br />stating that the improvements on Charles Avenue had been rechecked and all
<br />items corrected. He recommended acceptance of the street and release of
