<br />Northern Ohio Paving Company, with the Buckeye Union Casualty Caaapagy, in

<br />A ccmmrunication from Squire Sanders & Dempsey, addressed to Mr. Kitson, was
<br />read regarding the procedure for assessments for preparing plena and specifi-
<br />cations for sanitary sewers. The matter was referred to Floyd Browne and
<br />Associates.
<br />Ordinance No. 2573 was introduced by Mr. Schwenk. An ordinance authorising
<br />the paarment of refund of special assessment. It was moved by Mr. Schwenk,
<br />seconded by Mr. Porter, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance
<br />be read imamediatsly the second and third times and put on its passage. The
<br />affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Baker, Cridsr, MacDonald,
<br />Neubauer, Porter, Schwenk. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and
<br />third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as
<br />follows: Baker, Crider, MacDonald, Neubauer, Porter, Schwenk.
<br />Ordinance No. 2574 was introduced by Mr. Neubauer. An ordinance authorizing
<br />the payment of refund of special assessment. It was moved by 1[r. Neubauer,
<br />seconded by Mr. Baker, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance
<br />be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The
<br />affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Baker, Crider, MacDonald,
<br />Neubauer, Porter, Schwenk. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and
<br />third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was

<br />Ordinance No. 2575 was introduced by Mr. Baker. An ordinance to amend and
<br />reconfirm the levy of special assessments for the improvement of Columbia
<br />Road from Lorain Road to Mastick Road, by constructing and installing a
<br />five foot concrete public sidewalk on the easterly side thereof. It was
<br />moved by Mr. Baker, seconded by Mr. Schwenk, that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times
<br />and put on its passage. Ths affirmative vote on said motion was as follows:

<br />and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion
