Thereupon, the resolution was read the sedond and third <br />times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as <br />follows: Baker, Crider, Kramer, Neubauer, Porter, Schwenk. <br />The Building Cc~missioner's report showed permits an the amount of X1,021.35 <br />and estimated construction value X671,950.04 for the month of September, <br />The Mayor read a communication from the Cleveland Metropolitan Services <br />Commission requesting a point meeting of METRO and the City officials. <br />Mr. Decker stated he would try to arrange for a meeting. <br />The Mayor read a communication from The Community Hospital urging support <br />of the .8 mill hospital levy. <br />Mr. Neubauer nominated Mr. Kramer to the Police Pension Board. Mr. Schwenk <br />nominated Mr. MacDonald. It was moved and seconded that nominations be <br />closed and the Clerk be instructed to cast a unanimous ballot for Mr. Kramer <br />and Mr. MacDonald. "Yeas" Baker, Crider, Kramer, Neubauer, Porter, Schwenk. <br />Mr. Neubauer nominated Mr. Crider to the Fire Pension Board. Mr. Crider <br />nominated Mr. Baker. It wqs coved by Mr. Porter, seconded by Mr. Stthwenk <br />that nominations be closed and the Clerk be instructed to cast a tu~animous <br />ballot for Mr. Crider and Mr. Baker. "Yeas" Baker, Crider, Kramer, Neubauer, <br />Porter, Schwenk. <br />Resolution No. 2572 was introduced by Mr. Kramer. A resolution transferring <br />appropriations. It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by Mr. Baker, that <br />the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the <br />second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on <br />said motion was as follows: Baker, Crider, Kramer, Neubauer, Porter, Schwenk. <br />Thereupon, the resolution was read the second and third times and put upon <br />its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows Baker, Crider, <br />Kramer, Neubauer, Porter, Schwenk. <br />The Law Director was advised by Mr. Morley of Suburbanite Homes and Mr. <br />Peabody of MacKenzie Road that their differences had been adjusted and that <br />work would be started within the next week or two. <br />The meeting adjourned to the call of the Clerk. <br />s~,~- <br />~'' -, <br />_ ~ ~ <br />i~______~ .,~°-,. <br />.
