The Building Cc~missioner's report showed permits an the amount of X1,021.35 and estimated construction value X671,950.04 for the month of September, The Mayor read a communication from the Cleveland Metropolitan Services Commission requesting a point meeting of METRO and the City officials. Mr. Decker stated he would try to arrange for a meeting. The Mayor read a communication from The Community Hospital urging support of the .8 mill hospital levy. Mr. Neubauer nominated Mr. Kramer to the Police Pension Board. Mr. Schwenk nominated Mr. MacDonald. It was moved and seconded that nominations be closed and the Clerk be instructed to cast a unanimous ballot for Mr. Kramer and Mr. MacDonald. "Yeas" Baker, Crider, Kramer, Neubauer, Porter, Schwenk. Mr. Neubauer nominated Mr. Crider to the Fire Pension Board. Mr. Crider nominated Mr. Baker. It wqs coved by Mr. Porter, seconded by Mr. Stthwenk that nominations be closed and the Clerk be instructed to cast a tu~animous ballot for Mr. Crider and Mr. Baker. The Law Director was advised by Mr. Morley of Suburbanite Homes and Mr. Peabody of MacKenzie Road that their differences had been adjusted and that work would be started within the next week or two.
