<br />Ordinance No. 2567 was introduced by Mr. Neubauers An ordinance to provide
<br />for the issuing of notes in anticipation of the levy of special assessments
<br />and in anticipation of the issuing of bonds in anticipation of the collection
<br />of special assessments for the improvement of Decker Road from Lorain Road
<br />to Midvale Avenue, by grading and paving the same. It was moved by Mr.
<br />Neubauer, seconded by Mr. Porter that the statutory rule be suspended and
<br />the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and put on its
<br />passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Baker, Crider,
<br />Kramer, Neubauer, Porter, Schwenk. Thereupon, the ordinance was read the
<br />second and third braes and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote
<br />thereon was as follows Baker, Crider, Kramer, Neubauer, Porter, Schwenk.
<br />Ordinance No. 2568 was introduced by Mr. Haker: An ordinance determing
<br />to proceed with the improvement of Decker Road from Midvale Avenue southerly
<br />to ditch on South line of Sublot No. 396, by constructing therein a storm
<br />sewer. It was moved by Mr. Baker, seconded by Mr. Porter that the statutory
<br />role be suspended and the ordinance be read immmediately the second and third
<br />times and put oa its passage. The affirmative vote on said notion was as
<br />follows: Baker, Crider, Kramer, Neubauer, Porter, Schwenk. Thereupon, the
<br />ordinance was read the second and third tilaes and put upon its passage and
<br />the affirmative vote thereon was as followss Baker, Crider, Kramer,
<br />Neubauer, Porter, Schwenk.
<br />Red@lutionNo. 2569 was introduced by Mr. Porter: A resolution requesting
<br />the Auditor to furnish a certificate of the estimated life of usefulness of
<br />the improvement of Decker Road from Midvale Avenue Southerly to ditch on
<br />South line of Sublot No. 396, by constructing therein a storm sewer. It
<br />was moved by Mr. Porter, seconded by Mr. Baker, that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the resolution be read immediately the selcond and third times
<br />and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows:
<br />Baker, Crider, Kramer, Neubauer, Forcer, Schwenk. Thereupon, the resolution
<br />was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirma-
<br />tive vote thereon was as follows: Baker, Crider, Kramer, Neubauer, Porter,
<br />Schwenk.

<br />The undersigned, City Auditor, as the fiscal officer of the City of
<br />North Olmsted, Ohio, as defined by Section 133.01 of the Revised Code of
<br />Ohio, hereby certifies as follows:
<br />1. That the estimated life of the property or improvement referred
<br />to in your Resolution No. 2569 of October 1, 1957, is hereby certified to
<br />be at least ten years.
<br />2. The maairaum maturity of such notes calculated ix1 accordance with
<br />the provisions of Section 133. ?A of the Revised Code of Ohio is two years.
<br />3. The ~Yi maturity of the bonds conteesplated by said ordinance
<br />authorizing issuing of notes is ten years.

<br />and directing the Mayor and Service Director to enter into a contract with
<br />North Park Shoppers Mart Incorporated, regarding constructing and future
<br />purchase of an 18" trunk sewer. It was moved by Mr. Crider, seconded by
<br />Mr. Baker, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read
