Thereupon, the resolution was read the second and third times <br />and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: <br />Baker, Crider, Kramer, Neubauer, Porter, Schwenk. <br />CERTIFICATE OF THE FISCAL OFFICER <br />To the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />The undersigned, City Auditor, as the fiscal officer of the City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio, as defined by Section 133.01 of the Revised Code of <br />Ohio, hereby certifies as follows: <br />1. That the estimated life of the property or improvement referred <br />to in your Resolution No. 2563, of October 1, 1957, is hereby certified <br />to be at least ten years. <br />2. The maximum maturity of such notes calculated in accordance with <br />the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code of Ohio is two years. <br />3. The Maxi~tum maturity of the bonds contemplated by said ordinance <br />authorizing issuing of notes is ten pears. <br />All of which is respectfully submitted. <br />E. M. Christman, City Auditor <br />Ordinance No. 2561 was introduced by Mr. Schwsnks An ordinance to provide <br />for the issuing of notes in anticipation of the levy of special aaaeaements <br />and in anticipation of the issuing of bonds in anticipation of the collection <br />of special assessments for the improvement of Fitch Road from Butternut <br />Ridge Road to South City line, by constructing and installing a five foot <br />concrete public sidewalk on both sides thereof. It was moved by Mr. Schwenk, <br />seconded by Mr. Neubauer, that the statutory rule be suspended and the <br />ordinance be read iffinediatsly the second and third ti~tes and put on its <br />passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as followers Baker, Crider, <br />Kramer, Neubauer, Porter, Schwenk. Thereupon, the ordinance was read the <br />second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote <br />thereon was as follows: Baker, Crider, Kramer, Neubauer, Porter, Schwenk. <br />Ordinance No. 2565 was introduced by Mr. Neubauer: An ordinance determining <br />to proceed with the improvement of Decker Road from Lorain Road to Midvale <br />Avenue, by grading and paving the same. It was moved by Mr. Neubauer, <br />seconded by Mr. Baker, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance <br />be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The <br />affirmative vote on said notion was as follows: Baker, Crider, Kramer, <br />Neubauer, Porter, Schwenk. Thereupon, the ordinance was read the second <br />and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote <br />thereon was as follows: Baker, Crider, Kramer, Neubauer, Porter, Schwenk. <br />Resolution No. 25b6 was introduced by Mr. Kramer: A resolution requesting <br />the Auditor to furnish a certificate of the estimated life of usefulness oY <br />the improvement of Decker Road from Lorain Road to Midvale Avenue, by grading <br />and paving the same. It weds moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by Mr. Porter, <br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately <br />the second and third times and put on its passage.
