<br />North Olmsted, Ohio, as defined by Section 133.01 of the Revised Code of

<br />1. That the estimated life of the property or improvement referred
<br />to in your Resolution No. 2563, of October 1, 1957, is hereby certified
<br />to be at least ten years.
<br />2. The maximum maturity of such notes calculated in accordance with
<br />the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code of Ohio is two years.
<br />3. The Maxi~tum maturity of the bonds contemplated by said ordinance
<br />authorizing issuing of notes is ten pears.

<br />Ordinance No. 2561 was introduced by Mr. Schwsnks An ordinance to provide
<br />for the issuing of notes in anticipation of the levy of special aaaeaements
<br />and in anticipation of the issuing of bonds in anticipation of the collection
<br />of special assessments for the improvement of Fitch Road from Butternut
<br />Ridge Road to South City line, by constructing and installing a five foot
<br />concrete public sidewalk on both sides thereof. It was moved by Mr. Schwenk,
<br />seconded by Mr. Neubauer, that the statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />ordinance be read iffinediatsly the second and third ti~tes and put on its
<br />passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as followers Baker, Crider,

<br />to proceed with the improvement of Decker Road from Lorain Road to Midvale
<br />Avenue, by grading and paving the same. It was moved by Mr. Neubauer,
<br />seconded by Mr. Baker, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance
<br />be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The
<br />affirmative vote on said notion was as follows: Baker, Crider, Kramer,
<br />Neubauer, Porter, Schwenk. Thereupon, the ordinance was read the second
