<br />1. That the estimated life of the property or improvement referred to
<br />in your Resolution No. 251;0 of August ~, 1957, is hereby certified to be at
<br />least ten years.
<br />2. The maximum maturity of such bonds calculated i.n accordance with
<br />the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Statutes of Ohio is ten years.

<br />Ordinance No. 2541 was introduced by Mr. MacDonald: An Ordinance to provide
<br />for the issuance of bonds in anticipation of the collection of special assess-
<br />ments for the improvement of Clague Road from Lorain Road to Msstick Road, by
<br />constructing and installing a five Yoot concrete public sidewalk on both sides
<br />of said Clagae Road; Columbia Road from Lorain Road to Mastick Road, by con-
<br />structing and installing a five foot concrete public sidewalk on the easterly
<br />side thereof; Brookpark Road frcmt Martin Drive easterly 1322.46 feet, by con-
<br />strueting therein a water main; Bradley Road from Barton Road northerly 976
<br />feet, by constructing therein a water main; and Kennedy Ridge Road from
<br />Columbia Road to Butternut Ridge Road, by constructing therein a water main.
<br />It was moved by Mr. MacDonald, seconded by Mr. Baker, that the statutory
<br />rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third
<br />times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as
<br />follows: Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer, MacDonald, Schwenk. Thereupon, the
<br />ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and
<br />the affirmative vote thereon was as followss Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer,
<br />MacDonald, Schwenk.
<br />Ordinance No. 2542 was introduced by Mr. Schwenk: An Ordinance giving the
<br />consent of the City of North Olmsted to the removal of snow and ice from
<br />certain roads within the City. It was moved by Mr. Schwenk, seconded by
<br />Mr. Crider, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirma-
<br />tive vote on said motion was as follows: Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer,
<br />MacDonald, Schwenk. Thereupon, the ordinance was read the second and third
<br />times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows:
<br />Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer, MacDonald, Schwenk.
<br />Moved by Mr. Schwenk, seconded by Mr. Crider, that the President of Couneil,
<br />Safety-Service Director, and Chief of Police meet with the proper offieials
<br />of Community Council before Homecoming to discuss the number of units in the
<br />parade. "Yeas" Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer, MacDonald, Schwenk.
<br />Mr. Decker stated that the Council is blamed mares times for poor publicity,
<br />and that the Publicity Committee was setting up a booth at the Homecoming
<br />to show what is done with the tax dollar. There will be charts made showing
<br />the break-down of the tax dollar and the building rise ix: North Olmsted.
<br />The meeting ad3ourned to the call of the Clerk.
