,-' <br />AUGUST 20, 1957 - ~ ~ 4. <br />Resolution No. 2538 was introduced by Mr. Crider: A resolution requesting <br />the Auditor to furnish a certificate of the estimated life of usefulness <br />of the improvement oY Brookpark Road from Martin Drive easterly 1322.46 feet, <br />by comets-tiding therein a water main. It was moved by Mr. Crider, seconded <br />by Mr. Decker, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be <br />read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The <br />affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer, <br />MacDonald, Schwenk. Thereupon, the resolution was read the second and third <br />times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: <br />Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer, MacDonald, Schwenk. <br />CERTIFIGATE OF THE FISCAL OFFICER 8/20/57 <br />To the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />The undersigned, City Auditor, as the fiscal officer of the City of <br />North 07~tsted, Ohio, as defined by Section 133.01 of the Revised Code oY <br />Ohio, hereby certifies as follows: <br />1. That the estimated life of the property or improvement referred to <br />in your Resolution No. 2538 of August 20, 1957, is hereby certified to be at <br />least tea years. <br />2. The ma=i~+~ maturity of such boada calculated in accordance with the <br />provisions of Section 133.20 oY the Revised Statutes of Ohio is ten years. <br />All of which is respectfully submitted. <br />E. Christman, Gity Auditor <br />Resolution No. 2539 was introduced by Mr. Baker: A Resolution requesting <br />the Auditor to furnish a certificate of the estimated life or usefulness of <br />the improvement of Coluffibia Road from Lorain Road to Mastick Road, by con- <br />structing and installing a five foot concrete public sidewalk on the easterly <br />side thereof. It was moved by Mr. Baker, seconded by Mr. Kramer, that the <br />statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second <br />and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion <br />was as follows: Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer, MacDonald, Schwenk. The maximum maturity of such bonds calculated i.n accordance with <br />the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Statutes of Ohio is ten <br />years. <br />All of which is respectfully submitted. <br />E. It was moved by Mr. Baker, seconded by Mr. MacDonald that the <br />statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the s eeond <br />and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion <br />was as follows: Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer, MacDonald, Schwenk.
