<br />It was moved by Mr. Crider, seconded by Mr. Baker, that the statutory rule
<br />be suspended and the ordinance be read i,mmsdiately the second and third
<br />times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as
<br />follows: Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer, MacDonald, Schwenk. Thereupon,
<br />the ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its passage

<br />OrdinaneeNo. 2535 was introduced by Mr. Kramer: An Ordinance extending
<br />the Maturity of a certain note heretofore issued by the City of North Olmsted.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Kramer, seconded by Mr. Crider, that the statutory role
<br />be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times
<br />and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows:
<br />Baker, Crider, Decker, grainer, MacDonald, Schwenk. Thereupon, the ordinance
<br />was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirma-
<br />tive vote thereon was as follows: Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer, MacDonald,
<br />Schwenk.
<br />Resolution No. 2536 was introduced by Mr. Schwenk: A resolution requesting
<br />the Auditor to furnish a certificate of the estimated life of usefulness
<br />of the improvement of Kennedy Ridge Road from Columbia Road to Butternut
<br />Ridge Road by constructing therein a water main. It was moved by Mr. Schwenk,
<br />seconded by Mr. MacDonald that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolu-
<br />tion be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage.
<br />The affirmative vote on said motion was as followsz Batter, Crider, Decker,
<br />Kramer, MacDonald, Schwenk. Thereupon, the resolution was read the second
<br />and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was
<br />as follows: Baker, Crider, Decker, Kramer, MacDonald, Schwenk.

<br />The undersigned, City Auditor, as the fiscal officer of the City of
<br />North Olmsted, Ohio, as defined by Section 133.01 of the Revised Code of Ohio,
<br />hereby certifies as follows:
<br />1. That the estimated life of the property or improvement referred to
<br />in your Resolution No. 2536 of August 20, 1957 is hereby certified to be at
<br />least ten years.
<br />2. The maximum maturity of such bonds calculated in accordance with
<br />the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Statutes of Ohio is ten years.
<br />All of which is respectfully submitted.
