<br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Caster, that the Law Director be directed to
<br />prepare legislation authorizing the Servece Director to start negotiations to obtain
<br />easements to eliminate the storm sewer problem in the Decker, Burns, Porter' area. "Yeas"

<br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the Law Director be directed to
<br />prepare legislation approving the plans and specifications for the sanitary sewee°
<br />connections and metering facilities at the conraection with Parkview. "Yeas" Caster,

<br />Mr. Christman read a communication from Floyd Browne & Associates, Ltd. recommerading
<br />that the City delete the service coranections along Clague Road from Contract Noa 4
<br />and advertise for installation of the 3200 lafo of 6" service sewers by separate
<br />contract.
<br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mra Caster, that the Law Director be directed to
<br />prepare legislation authorizing the deletion of the service connections along Clague
<br />Raad from Contract No. 4 and the advertisirag for installation of the 3200 l.f. of
<br />6" service sewers by separate contract, "Yeas" Castec°, Christman, Leonard, Limpert,
<br />Mangani, Nicholas, 0'Neill.
<br />Mr. Christman advised of the receipt of sucvey made by the City Engineer on the
<br />Butternut Ridge Road Side Ditches and advised that a meeting to review this matec°ial
<br />will be held June 7, 1962 at 8:00 P.M. at the City Hall,
<br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Caster, that the Law Director be directed to
<br />prepare legislation authorizing the hiring of Squire,Sanders & Dempsey and Floyd
<br />Browne and Associates, Ltd. for the purpose of' presenting their approval to
<br />Parkview's participation in our sewer progc°am to the holders of the Mortgage Revenue
<br />Bonds. "Yeas" Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, 0'Neillo
<br />Mr. Leonard advised that aSaimming Pool Commit:tee meeting will be held at 7:30 P.M.
<br />June 7, 1962 at City Hall.
<br />Mr. Mangani reported on the meeting of the Cit:y Planraing Committee on June 2, 1962
<br />and advised that the committee recommerads that: Madow Subdivision # 2 be approved
<br />with the suggestion that the Developer try to pick up some of the back lots off
<br />Walter Rd. to make a better layout at the curved street,
<br />Mr. Mangani advised that the City Planning Cornmittee recommends that the Franklin
<br />Bros. Subdivision # 1 be approved and requested that the Engineer keep the culvert
<br />through this subdivision as close as possible to the present course of the drainage
<br />ditch which it will replace and that tot #13 be reserved for future street opening.
