<br />statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third

<br />discussion, it was moved by Mr. Caster, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the motion for
<br />suspension of rules be withdrawn and this resolution be tabled. The affirmative vote
