<br />Resolution No. 62-100 was introduced by Mre Christmano A resolution approving the
<br />ptans and specifications for the sanitary sewe.r connections and metering facilities at
<br />the connection with Parkview and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Christman,
<br />seconded by Mr. Leonard, that the statutary rule be suspended and the resolution be
<br />read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote
<br />on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholss,
<br />0'Neill. Thereupon the resolution was read thie second and third times and put upbn its
<br />passage and the affirmative vote thereon was ais follows: Caster, Christm an, Leonard,
<br />Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas9 0'Neitlo
<br />Resolution No. 62-101 was introduced by Mr. Meingani. A resolution authorizing the
<br />Service Director to take bids for the installation offacilities for the metering and
<br />connection of sanitary sewers with Village of Parkview and declaring an emergency. It
<br />was moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mr. 0'Ne:ill, that the statutory rule be suspended
<br />and the resolution be read immediately the sec:ond and third times and put on its passage.
<br />The affirmative vote on said motion was as folllows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert,
<br />Mangani, Nicholas, 0'Neill. Thereupon the ressolution was read the second and third times
<br />and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster,
<br />Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, 0'Neill.
<br />Ordinance No. 62-102 was introduced by Mr. Chi-istman. An ordinance authorizing the
<br />deletion from Sanitary Sewer Contract No. 4 01= the service connections from lateral
<br />sewer to property lines on Clague Road and derlaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr.
<br />Christman, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the sstatutory rule be suspended and the
<br />ordinance be read immediately the second and 1third times and put on its passage. The
<br />affirmative vote on said motion was as followso Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert,
<br />Mangani, Nicholas, 0'Neill. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third
<br />times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster,
<br />Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, 0'Neill.
<br />A 5 minute recess was declaredo
<br />Mr. Mangani moved, seconded by Mrso Nicholas, that the following amendments to the
<br />Zoning Ordinance No. 62-33 be approved and referred to the Planning Commission for
<br />their action: l. In Section 1151.04(H) line 12, after the word "electrified"
<br />add the words "or barbed wi re".
<br />2. Delete in its entirety Section 1173.02(F)3.
<br />3. In Section 1173.02(H)2 line 2, delete the words "twenty-five(25)
<br />and insert the words "fifteen (15)".
<br />4. In Section 1191o02(A) line 4, delete the words "Or structure".
<br />5. In Section 1191.02(b) tine 2, delete the words "or structure".
<br />6. In Section 1203.05 Line 1, delete the words "one hundred fifty
<br />(150)" and insert the words "fifty (50)".
<br />7. In Section 1204,01 lines 8,9 and 10,delete the words "Said
<br />preliminary use plan shall be approved by Council before any
<br />further action is taken for the development of the parcel" and
<br />insert the followingo "Council shall upon the receipt by it of
<br />the preliminary use plan refer it to the Planning Commission for
<br />its recommendation for ac:tion by Council in regard thereto. The
<br />Planning Commission shall within thirty (30) days of the date of
<br />reference by Council reccimmend the approval, modification, amertdmsnt
<br />or rejection of the preliminary use plan. In the event the Plsnning
<br />Commission does not within said thirty (30) day period take eny
<br />action it shall be assume:d to have approved the preliminary use plsn.
