Scanlon representing the residents of W. 231st. requested that Council malntain the 500 ft. depth as originally stated at the Public Hearing and again presented thetr reasons for this zoning. Mr. S. DiBenedetto also presented his views an the zoning of the area and stated that a Mixed Use District would permit the best use of the land.
