JUNE 5, 1962 - NAGE 7 <br />No action shall be taken for the development of the parcel <br />until after, and then only in accordance with said apprqval by <br />Council." <br />8. Delete in its entirety Section 1225.01(G)(2) and insert in lieu <br />thereof the following: "(2) A Subdivision develoD?me_nt stgn sfiali <br />not exceed one hundred (100) square feet in totai area uniess the <br />owner thereof desires to erect two of such signs in which case the <br />totai area of the two signs shall not exceed one hundred (100) <br />square feet. No more than two subdivision signs shall be erected <br />within one subdivisian. No subdivision sign shall be located <br />within one hundred (100) feet from any occupied residence and <br />shall be on premises within the subdivision being developed and <br />within five hundred (500) feet of the actuat ongoing development. <br />A model house sign not ex.ceeding eight ($) squere feet in area <br />shatl be permitted on the: same iot as the residence being displayed <br />as a modet. Permits for a subdivision sign or signs shatl be for <br />a period nat to exceed orye year and may be renewed only ff construction <br />at the date of renewal is being pursued diligently. <br />9. Amend 1191.02(F) - Delete the word "Coal" and insert the word "Cold". <br />10. Amend 1191.02(1) 2, Line 10 - Delete the words "or structure". <br />H. Add a new Section to be designated as Sectlon 1174.09i which shall <br />be as follows: "1174.09 - Access Limited to Arg?? Withtn District <br />All driveways, roadways and sidewalks used or intended for acceess <br />to buitding or use in a ketaii Business District shall be located <br />in their entirety within the area zoned for Retail Businass Distrfct. <br />"Yeas" Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, O'Neill. <br />Mr. Leonard moved, seconded by Mr. Caster th<3t the proposed Industrial Area be changed <br />to a"B" residential area on the northern pairt and an "A" residential area on the <br />southern part. "Yeas" Caster, Leonard, Limpert. "Nays" Christman, Mangani, Nicholas, <br />O'Neill. <br />Mr. Mangani moved, seconded by Mr. 0'Neiil, to delete Local Retail Business and make a1) <br />Lorain Road a General Retail Zone. "Yeas" Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill. "Nays" Caster. <br />Christman, Leonard, Nicholas. <br />Mrs. Nicholas moved, seconded by Mr. Christman, that the proposed Industrial Area north <br />of CheStnut Ridge and Southwest of Barton Road where homes are now built be buffered by <br />a Multiple Residential Zone of a minimum of 360 ft. and a maximum of 500 ft. "Yeas" <br />Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Nicholas, O'Neill. <br />Mr. Leonard moved, seconded by Mr. Caster, that the zoning at loratn Rd, and West 231st. <br />St. be changed to Mixed Use District. "Yeas" Caster, Leonard, Mangani. "Nays" Christman, <br />Limpert, Nicholas, O'Neill. <br />Mr. M. Scanlon representing the residents of W. 231st. requested that Council malntain <br />the 500 ft. depth as originally stated at the Public Hearing and again presented thetr <br />reasons for this zoning. <br />Mr. S. DiBenedetto also presented his views an the zoning of the area and stated that a <br />Mixed Use District would permit the best use of the land. <br />
