<br />Mr. Caster moved, seconded by Mr. Mangani, to change the "C" Residentia 1 Oistrlct
<br />bounded on the west by the back lot lines on Fleharty Rd.,on the north by the 6eneral
<br />Retail Business District, on the south by tMe. Multiple Residence District and on the
<br />east by the boundary of the Columbia land Oevelopment, to A Muttipie Reslde+zce District.

<br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Caster, that the Law Director be directed to
<br />prepare legislation authorizing the payment in the amount of $4,311.00 for the culvertir?g
<br />work on Clague Road, in accordance with an agreement between Ohio Shores Construction
<br />Corp. and the City of North Olmsted. "Yeas" Caster, Christmsn, LeoMaod, Limpert.

<br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Caster, that the Law pirector be directed to
<br />prepare legislation authorizing a 60 day extension far Searer Contract No. 6- Dar?drea
<br />& Nardint, (nc. "Yeas" Caster, Christman. l.eunard, Limpert. Mangani, Nicholas,
<br />0'Neill.
<br />The Service Director advised that he had received a bill in the amo4nt of $19.54
<br />for damages that occurred to a resident's car due to a hole in the roid at Oevar
<br />and Lorain. The Servfce Director advised that he recommmnds payment of this and
<br />that the contractor has a street opening bond posted that could cAver thesa damsges.
<br />This matter was turned over to the Safety Committee.
<br />Mr. Leonard moved, seconded by Mr. I.impert, that the Servlce Dtrector requast Ohio
<br />Beii Teiephone Company to erect telephone booths on the north side of lorsin at Stsarns
<br />? and the southeast corner of McKenzie and Lorain. Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr.
<br />Leonard, that the above motion be amended to include s requast for a telophena booth
<br />at Brookpark & Lorain. The vote for both motions was as follows: "Yeas" Caster.

<br />Mr. Caster advised that Councilman M. Schatz of Fairview Perk had challengW the North
<br />Olmsted Officials and Employees to a Soft Bali Gawe on July lkth or 21st.
<br />The Clerk was instructed to,inotify Mr. Schatz that North Olmsted accepts the challenge
<br />of.a Soft Ball Game on July 2lst.
<br />Mr. Mangani moved, seconded by Mr. 0'Neill, that the Law Direetor be directed to prepare
<br />legislation commendtng Mrs. Nichotas on outstanding service while serving as Counctiman
<br />of Ward No. 4. "Yeas" Caster, Christman, LE:onard, Limpert. Manganl, 0'Neill.
<br />Mr. Mangani arrnounced that a nomination for a new Councllman for Ward 4 will be
<br />presenxed at the next Council Mesting.
<br />Mr. MacDonaid commended Mrs. Nicholas on heir service as Councilman of Ward 4.
