<br />JUNE 19, 1962 - PAGE 3 <br />Resolution No. 62-107 was introduced by Mr. Christman and given its first reacJi.ng only. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the <br />installation and construction of service connections from the lateral sewer in Clague <br />Road to the property lines of abutting owners, and dectaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 62-108 was introduced by Mr. Caster and given its first reading only. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to negotiate for the easements <br />needed to complete the plans for the relief of storm sewers in the Decker Road, Burns <br />Road and Porter Road area, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 62-109 was introduced by Mr. Christman and given its first reading only.4, <br />An ordinance authorizing payment by the Director of Finance to the Ohio Shores <br />Construction Company of the sum of $4,311.00 in accordance with the provisions of <br />Ordinance 61-202, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 62-110 was introduced by Mr. Caster and given its first reading only. <br />A resolution accepting the water main easement in Candelight Subdivision, proposed. <br />Resolutionn No. 62-111 was introduced by Mr. Leonard and given its first reading only.?. <br />A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the <br />installation and construction of a swimminq pool in North Olmsted Park according to <br />specifications and in conformance to the te:rms and conditions thereof as now on file <br />in the Office of the Director of Public Ser•vice. <br />Mr. Christ. n moved, seconded by Mre Mangani, that the Service Director be authorized <br />to install+" sanitary sewer pipe in the `.iouth Ridge Homes Subdivision as outlined <br />i n Ordinance No. 62-80 and that the paymen1t for thi s pi pe should be made from the <br />Sewer *nprovement Fund. "Yeas" Caster, Chiristman, Leonard, Mangani, Van Zandt. <br />Mr. Leonard moved, seconded by Mr. Christman, that the Law Director be directed to <br />prepare legislation authorizing the Safety Director to advertise for a new police <br />car. "Yeas" Caster, Christman, Leonard, Mangani, Van Zandt. <br />The Assistant City Engineer presented plans for the Candelite Subdivision No. 2 <br />and the Franklin Bros. Subdivision No. 1 to the City Planning Committee and the <br />Improvement plans for the Franklin Bros. Siubdivision No. 1 to the Public Development <br />and Service Committee. <br />The Assistant Engineer also prasesnted more detailed plans for Manning Campbell #8 <br />to the City Planning and Public Development and Service Committees for their <br />information only as these plans have not been approved by Planning Commission as yet. <br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Caster that the proposed name change of South <br />Ridge Estates to Park Ridge Estates and the name change of South Ridge Drive to <br />Park Ridge Drive be referred to the Planning Commission and directed the Clerk to <br />write to the Planning Commission requesting information as to what the cost would <br />be if such a change would be made. "Yeas" Caster, Christman, Leonard, Mangani, <br />Van Zandt. <br />The President of Council advised that the written report of the Planning Commission's <br />meeting of June 16, 1962 had been received, reviewed and was on file in the Clerk's <br />office. <br />
