An ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Service to contract for the <br />repair of the Bulldozer used in garbage land filt operations without advertising for <br />bids, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 62-104 was introduced by Mr. Christman and given its first reading only. <br />A resolution granting a sixty day extension of the completion date of a contract between <br />the City of North Olmsted and Dandrea & Nardini, Inc. for work instatling sewers - <br />further designated as Contract No. 6, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 62-105 was introduced by Mr. Mangani and given its first reading only. <br />A resolution approving for record purposes only the proposed Libby-Lee Subd(vision No. <br />2, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 62-106 was introduced by Mr. Mangani. A resolution commending the <br />Public Service of Lillian Nicholas, Councilman. It was moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded <br />by Mr. Van Zandt, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read <br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote <br />on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Mangani, Van Zandt. <br />Thereupon the resolution was read the second and third times and put upon its paSSage <br />and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Mangani, <br />Van Zandt. <br />?.
