<br />Present were Ralph Christman, President Pro tem af CounCil; Henry Caster, James
<br />Leonard, A. L. Mangani, Francis J. O'Neill, Norman Van Zandt.
<br />Also present was Louise Hal), Clerk.
<br />Absent: Bruce MacDonald, President of Council ,and Dewey Limpert
<br />Ordinance No. 62-103 was introduced by Mr. Caster. An ordinence authorizing the Director
<br />of Public Service to contract for the repair o•f the Bulldoaer used in garbage land fill
<br />operations without advertising for bids, and declaring an emergency. it was moved by
<br />Mr. Caster, secondtd by Mr. O'Neill, that the :statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />ordinance be read the third time and put on it.s passage. the sffirmative vote on said
<br />motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonsrd, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Thereupon the ordinence was read the third time and put upon its passage and the
<br />affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Chrlatman, Leonard, Mangani, O'Neill,
<br />Van Zandt.
<br />Resolution No. 62-104 was introduced by Mr. Christman. A rmsoluCion grenting a sixty day
<br />extension of the completion date of a contract between the City of North Olmstmd and
<br />Dandrea & Nardini, Inc. for work installing sswers - further designated as Contract No.
<br />6, and declaring an amergency. It was moved by Mr. Christmen, seconded by Mr. Mangeni,
<br />that the statutory rule be susperd ad end the resaiution be read the third time and put
<br />on its passage. The affirmative vote on seid rmotion waa as foliows: Castar, Christman,
<br />Leonard, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupan the rasolution waa read the third time
<br />and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon waa aa folicrwa: Caster,
<br />Christman, Leonard, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt:.
<br />Resolution No. 62-105 was introduceci by Mr. Mangani. A resolution spproving for record
<br />purposes only the proposed Libby-Lee Subdivisicon No. 2, and declering an amergency. It
<br />was moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by Mr. Leonard, that the atatutory rule ba suspended
<br />and the resolution be read the third time and put on its passage. The affirmmtive vote
<br />on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Mangani, O'Neill, Van tandt.
<br />Thereupon the resolution was read the third time end put upon its passage and the sffirmative
<br />vote theraon was as foltows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Resolution No. 62-107 was introduced by Mr. :Chrlstman. A resolution authorixing the
<br />Director of Pubiic Service to advertise for bids for the inataltation and construction
<br />of service connections from the lataral sewer in Clague Road to the property lines of
<br />abutting owners, and declaring an emargency. It was moved by Mr. Christman, seconded
<br />by Mr. Caster, that the statutory rule be suspe,nded and the resolution be remd the
<br />third time and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as
<br />foliows: Caster, Christman, Leanard, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupon the
<br />resolution was read the third time and put upon its pasaage and the affirmative
<br />vote thereon was as foilows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Resolution No. 62-108 was introduced by Mr. Caster. A rmsolution authorizing the Director
<br />of Public 5ervice to negotiate for the easements needed to comptato the plans for the
<br />relief af storm sewers in the Decker Road, Burns Road and Porter Roed area, and dmclaring
<br />an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Caster, seconded by Mr. Christman, thet the statutory
<br />rule be suspended and the resolution be read the third time and put on ita pausage. The
<br />affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Mangani,
<br />O'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupon the resolution was read the third time and put wpon iCs
