JUNE 22, 1962 - PAGE 2 <br />Ordinance No. 62-109 was introduced by Mr. Christman. An ordinance authorizing <br />payment by the Director of Finance to the Ohio Shores Construction Company of <br />the sum of $4,311.00 in accordance with the pirovisions of Ordinance 61-202, and <br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by Mr. Mangani, <br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read the third time and <br />put on its passage. The affirmative vote on 5aid motion was as follows: Caster, <br />Christman, Leonard, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupon the ordinance was read the <br />third time and put upon its passage and the a•Ffirmative vote thereon was as follows: <br />Caster, Christman, Leonard, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt. <br />Resolution No. 62-110 was introduced by Mr. Christman. A resolution accepting thewater <br />main easement in Candelight Subdivision, proposed. It was moved by Mr. Christman, <br />seconded by Mr. Leonard, that the statutory riule be suspended and the resolution <br />be read the third time and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion <br />was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupon <br />the resolution was read the third time and put upon its passage and the affirmative <br />vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt. <br />Resolution No. 62-111 was introduced by Mr. Leonard. A resolution authorizing the <br />Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the installation and construction <br />of a swimming pool in North Olmsted Park according to specifications and in conformance <br />to the terms and conditions thereof as now on file in the office of the Director of <br />Public Service. It was moved by Mr. Leonard, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the <br />statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read the third time and put on its <br />passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, <br />Leonard, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupon the resoluti4;was read the third <br />time and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, <br />Christman, Leonard, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt. <br />The Swimming Pool Committee was asked to confer with the Director of Law and the <br />Planning Commission to ascertain if the land where the proposed swimming pool may <br />be built requires rezoning. <br />The meeting was adjouroed to the call of the Clerk at 6:14 P.M. <br />Louise Hall, Clerk of Council Ralp E.
