<br />forty cents paid in error on Parcel No. 231-22-6 on Gessner Road for assessments
<br />for the water main therein for the years 1957 through 1961y and declaring an
<br />emergency. It was moved by Mr. Caster, seconded by Mr. 0'Neill, that the
<br />sfiatutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the secnnd and
<br />third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as
