<br />Mr. Chri stman adui sed that thi s Speci al Meet s rig of Counci 1 was for the purpose of
<br />a Public Hearang on the estimated budgetfor 1c,163 and also to consider certain
<br />specified legislation.

<br />1963, Councel peoceeded to consider the balanc.e of the business scheduled for
<br />this meeting,
<br />Resolution Noe 62-123 was introduced by Mr. Czaster. A resolution adopting the
<br />budget of the City of North Olmsted for the fisca1 year beginning January 1, 1963,
<br />and submitting the same to the County Auditor. It was moved by Mr. Caster,
<br />seconded by Mre Leonard9 that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution
<br />be read immediately the second and thicd time=.a and put on its passage. The
<br />affirmative vote on said motson was as followso Caster, Christman, Leonard,
<br />Limperta 0'Neallp Van Zaradt. Thereupon the re:solution was read the second and

<br />Resolution Noe 62-124 was introduced by Mr. 0"Neill. A resolution confirming
<br />the awao°d and sale of North Olmsted Munecipal Bus Purchase Bonds, and declaring
<br />an emergency. It was moved by Mr, 0°Neill9 sE.conded by Mr. Limpert, that the statutory
<br />rule be suspended and the resolution be read !immediately the second and third times
<br />and put on its passageo The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster,
<br />Chri stman9 Leonardg La,mpert, 0'Nei 11 g Van ZancIt, T'hereupon the resolution was read
<br />the second and third times and put upon its piassage and the affirmative vote thereon
<br />was as follows: Gaster, Chrestman, I..eonard, Limpert, 0'Nei 11, Van Zandt.

<br />revision of the plans and specifec.atsoras for the installation of sanitary
<br />sewers ora Clague Road, and siec.lao°eng an emergency. Nt was moved by Mr. Caster,
<br />secoraded by Mr. Chrastman9 tlhat the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution
<br />be read immed9ately the se.cond and third times andput on its passage. The
<br />affirmative vote on saad motson was as followse Caster, Christman, Leonard,
<br />Limpeo°t, OaNea1C, Van Zandt. Thereupon the resolution was read the second and
<br />third temes and put upon its passage arad the affirmative vote thereon was as
<br />follows: Castee, Christmaray Leoraard9 Limpert, OeNei 11, Van Zandt.
<br />Mr. Caster reported on the meeteng of the Finance Committee held July 17, 1962
<br />and recommended passage of legislation pertaining to pay increases.
<br />A 5 mtnute e°ecess was declared for further° review of the pay increases.
