<br />Ordinance Noo 62-126 was introduced by Mr. Limpert, An ordinance amending Sections
<br />1 and 2 of OrdinanGe No. 61-59, enacted March 28, 1961, entitled "An ordinance
<br />determining salaries, wageF and bonds of appointed Off'icials and employees of the
<br />City of North Olmsted" and declareng an eme.rgency. It was moved by Mr. Limpert,
<br />seconded by Mre Van Zandt, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance
<br />be read immediately the second and third times and put: on its passage. The
<br />affirmative vote on said motion was as followse Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert,
<br />O'Neill, Van Zandto Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times and

<br />emergency. rt was moved by Mro Limperty seconded by Mr. Leonard, that the statutory
<br />rule be suspended and the ordinance be read imimediately the second and third times

<br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mro Gaster, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that
<br />the statutory cule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and
<br />third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows:;
