A <br />resolution releasing from liability the principals and sureties on certain performance <br />bonds heretofore posted by the R.& R. Land Company for the completion of sidewblks on <br />Sunset Oval in R.A. Gall's R. & R. Subdivisic>n No. 1, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 62-168 was introduced by Mr. [.impert and given its first read+ng. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for a <br />one ton chassis with cab for use in the Serviice Department as per the specifications <br />presently on file in his office, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 62-169 was introduced by Mr. I;hristman. A resolution accepting the <br />water main easement in proposed Hunter Drive, Antler Drive, Doe Drive and Dawn Qritie <br />fn Manning-Campbell Subdivision No. 8, Section No. 2. It was moved by Mr. Christman, <br />seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the resolution be put upon its passage and the affirmatlve <br />vote thereon was as follows: Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt. <br />Resolution No. 62-170 was introduced by Mr. I;hristman. A resolution accepting the <br />water main easement in proposed Deerfield Drive, Chase Drive, Fawn Drive and Dawn <br />Orive in Manning-Campbell Subdivision No. 8, Section.l. It was moved by Mr. Christman, <br />seconded by Mr. Leonard, that the resolution be put upon its passage and the affirmative <br />vote thereon was as follows: Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt. <br />Resolution No. 62-171 was introduced by Mr. [_impert. A resolution accepting the <br />water main easement in proposed Revere Drive in Beverly Hills Park Estates. It was <br />moved by Mr. Limpert, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the resolution be put upon its <br />passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as followsa Christman, Leonard, Limpert, <br />Mangani, Van Zandt. <br />Ordinance No. 62-172 was introduced by Mr. Van Zandt.and given its first reading. <br />An ordinance supplementing Chapter 75 of the Regional Building Code adopted October <br />18, 1960 as the Building Code of the City of North Olmsted applicable to the <br />construction of buildings and structures other than one and twer family dwellings and <br />appurtenances thereto by requiring certain facing on all exposed exterior masonry <br />walls, and declaring an emergencyo <br />Ordinance No. 62-173 was introduced by Mr. Vi3n Zandt and given its first reading. An <br />ordinance supplementing Chapter 69 of the Reigional Dwelling House Code adopted <br />March 4, 1958, as the Building Code of the City of North Olmsted applicable to one <br />and two family dwellings and appurtenances thereto, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 62-174 was introduced by Mr. iChristman and given its first reading. <br />A resolution accepting the improvement plans for Deerfield Subdivision No. 2, and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 62-175 was introduced by Mr. Lieonard and given its first reading. An <br />ordinance amending Ordinance No. 1026 and determining the compensation of the Police <br />Matron, and declaring an emergency. :,. ., <br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Leonard, that the Law Director be directed to <br />prepare legislation authorizing the payment of $3,227.00 to the Engoglia Subdivision <br />for culverting of a ditch in the subdivsion.
