<br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the Finance Cammittee review the
<br />financial situation before legislation is drawn for a study of storm sewers on
<br />Lorain Rd, as requested by the Engineer. "Yeas" Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani,
<br />Van Zandt.
<br />The Clerk was instructed to arrange a meeting with Mr. Volkmann of 7rans-Fill, lnc.
<br />for either October 8, 1962 or October 10, 1962.
<br />Mr. Mangani moved, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that th:e Law Director be directed to
<br />prepare legislation authorizing the Service Director to advertise for bids for
<br />liability insurance for alt public buildings, sidewalks and streets. "Yeas" Christman,
<br />Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt.
<br />Mr. Mangani moved, seconded by Mr. Christman?, that the Law Director be directed to
<br />prepare legislation authorizing the Service Director to advertise for bids for culvert
<br />pipe, both first run and second run, amount of pipe to be determined by the City
<br />Engineer w+th the Alexander Road and Burns F;oad projects in mind. "Yeas" Christman,
<br />Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt.
<br />Mr. Mangani moved, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the Law Director be directed to
<br />prepare legislation authorizing $.10 a mile personal autbmobile expense for
<br />authorized out of city business trips. "Yezis" Christman, Leonard, Limpert; Mangani,
<br />Van Zandt.
<br />Mr. Limpert moved, seconded by Mr. Van Zandf:, that the Law Director be directed to
<br />prepare legislation amending the Zoning Ord'unance No. 62-33 to rezone Lorain Rd.
<br />fram Local Commercial Zoning to General Comrnercial Zoning. "Yeas" Limpert, Mangani,
<br />Van Zandt. "Nays" Christman, Leonard.
<br />Mr. Leonard inquired if the Law Director had reviewed our contract with Floyd Browne
<br />and Associates, Ltd. as to possible breach of contfact and was advised by tMe Law
<br />pirector that we have no basis for a suit oin the terms of the contract for the field
<br />survey.
<br />The Safety Director requested a meeting be scheduled with the Safety Committee to
<br />discuss several matters.
<br />Mr. Mangani moved, seconded by Mr. Cimpert, that Mr. Caster's and Mr. 0'Neitl's
