The Engineer's recommendation for dedicar.ion of West: Park Estates Subdivision 1- 5 inclusive and Sherwood Estates Sub<iiwision was; referred to the Public Development and Service Commitee., The Clerk read a communi cati on f wom the County Engi r?eer requesti ng that a Consent Ordinance, granting the County thF right to clear ic;e and snow from certain County roads wi thi n the Ci ty be approved. Mr. MacDonald reported on the r??,?eting with Mre Volkmann of Trans-Fill, Inc. and advised that it is not financially feasible for the City to participate in the proposal submitted by Mr. Volkmann. Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mro C.aster, that the Clerk be directed to advise the Clerk of Counci 1 of thP '?i ty of Westlake and Mr. Volkmann of Trans-Fi 11, Inc. the decision regarding the p??oposal ffi-om 1'rans-Fill, Inc. "Yeas" Caster, Christman, Leonard, Li mpert, 0' Nei 1 1, V?n Z????dto The Council discussed the Boa°u of E.ducation"s request for sidewalks on Lorain Rd. from Chestnut School to CharIeT; As(-,. as well as the instatlation of sidewalks an other streets.
