<br />Estates, and declaring an emergency. It.was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mr.
<br />Limpert, the resolution be adopted as read. The affirmative vote thereon was as foliows:

<br />Resolution No. 62-159 was given its third andl final reading. A resolution accepting for
<br />dedication Sweetbriar Drive in Sweetbriar 5uEidivision, and declaring an emergency. It
<br />was moved by Mr. Christmen, seconded by Mr. Leonard, the resolution be adopted as
<br />read. The affirmative vote thereon was as fcillows: Caster, Christman, Leanard, l.impert,
<br />O'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Resolution No. 62-160 was given its third antl final reading. A resolution accepting the
<br />water main easement in proposed 5hmran Drive in the Franklin Brothers Subdivision Na. 1.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Caster, seconded by Mr. Van Zandt, the resolution be adopted as read.

<br />Ordinance No. 62-163 was given its second reading. An ordinance accepting the warranty
<br />deed of the Standard Oil Compeny of Ohio for certain land in connection with the widening
<br />of Whitethorn Avenun on the terms and conditlons hnrein provided, and declaring an
<br />emergency. It was moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the statutory
<br />rule be suspended and the nrdinance be reed Immediately the third time and put on its
<br />passage. The effirmative vote on said mation was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard,
<br />Limpert, O'Neill, Van tandt. Thereupon the iardinance was read the third time and put
<br />upon its passage and the affirmative voCe thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman,
<br />Leoraard, Limpert, O'Neill, Van tandt.

<br />deed of the Southwestern Savings and Loan Company for certain land in connection with
<br />the widening of Whitethorn Avenue on the terms and conditions herein provided, and
<br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Laonard, seconded by Mr. Van tandt, that
<br />the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the third time
<br />arad put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster,
<br />Christman, Leonard, Limpert, O'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupon the ordinance was read the
<br />third time and put up,on its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows:
