It was moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the statutory <br />rule be suspended and the nrdinance be reed Immediately the third time and put on its <br />passage. The effirmative vote on said mation was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, <br />Limpert, O'Neill, Van tandt. It was moved by Mr. Laonard, seconded by Mr. Van tandt, that <br />the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the third time <br />arad put on its passage.
