<br />Resolution No. 62-167 was given its second reading. A i-esolution releasing from
<br />liability the principals and sureties on certain performance bonds heretofore posied by
<br />the R& R Land Company for the completion of sidewalks on Sunset Oval in R.A. Gall's
<br />R& R Subdivision No. 1, and declaring an eimergency. lt was moved by Mr. Christrflan,
<br />seconded by Mr. Caster, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read
<br />immediately the third time and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on sasd motinn was
<br />as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, 0'Neill, Van Zandta Thereupon the resolu-

<br />Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for a one ton chassis with cab for use
<br />in the Service Department as per the specifications presently on file i his office,
<br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Limpert, seconded by Mr. Caster, that
<br />the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the third time

<br />xk, 75 of The Regional Building Code adopted October 18, 1960 as the Building Code of the
<br />City of North Olmsted applicable to the construction of buildings and structures other thar
<br />one and two family dwellings and appurtenanc;es thereto by requiring certain facing on all
<br />exposed exterior masonry walls, and declaririg an emergency. It was moved by Mro Van
<br />Zandt, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the stiatutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be
<br />read immediately the third time and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motic

<br />of The Regional Dwelling House Code adopted March 4, 1958, as the Building Code of the
<br />City of North Olmsted applicable to one and two family dwellings and appurtenances
<br />thereto, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Van Zandt, seconded by Mr.
<br />Caster, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediatety the
<br />third time 4nd put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows:

<br />and the ordinance be read immediately the third time and put on its passage. The
