<br />liability the principals and sureties on certain performance bonds heretofore posied by
<br />the R& R Land Company for the completion of sidewalks on Sunset Oval in R.A. Gall's
<br />R& R Subdivision No. 1, and declaring an eimergency. lt was moved by Mr. Christrflan,
<br />seconded by Mr. Caster, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read
<br />immediately the third time and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on sasd motinn was

<br />City of North Olmsted applicable to the construction of buildings and structures other thar
<br />one and two family dwellings and appurtenanc;es thereto by requiring certain facing on all
<br />exposed exterior masonry walls, and declaririg an emergency. It was moved by Mro Van
<br />Zandt, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the stiatutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be
<br />read immediately the third time and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motic

<br />Caster, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediatety the
