<br />Resolutson No. 62-177 was introduced by Mr. Caster. A resolution authorizing the
<br />Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for public liability insurance on
<br />public buildings, sidewalks and streets acccirding to specifications now on file and
<br />declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Caster, seconded by Mr. Van Zandt, that:

<br />of the City of North Olmsted to the removal of snow and ice from certain roads within
<br />the City.- It was moved by Mr. Limpert, seccmded by Mr. Van Zandt, that the statutory
<br />rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and
<br />placed on its passage. The affirmative vate. on.said motion was as follows: Caster,

<br />Mr< Leonard voted against the passage of this ordinance because he feels that Porter Road
<br />should not have been removed from the list of roads to be maintained by the County.

<br />Resolution No. 62-182 was introduced by Mr. Christman and given its first reading. A
<br />resolution accepting the water main easement in Mlchael Avenue and in Margo Drive in
<br />t:he Michael Varady Subdivisian.
<br />Ordinance No. 62-183 was introduced by Mr. Limpert and given its first reading. An
<br />ordinance amending the Zone Map adopted as part of Ordinance Na. 62-33 (known as the
<br />Zoning Ordinance of the City of North Olmsted) by changing the designation of a section
<br />of Lora 6 n Road f rom a Llvca 1 reta i 1 bus i ness use d i s t r i ct to a XS14AXGen a 1 Reta i 1 bus i nes
<br />uGe district. The Clerk was instructed to refer this ordinance to the f??anning
<br />Commission for their recommendations.
