<br />Resolution No. 62-188 was introduced by Mr. Leonard. A resolution authorizing the
<br />Director of Public Serviee to advertise foir bids for slag and declaring an emer-gency.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Leonard, seconded by Mr. Van Zandt, that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the resolution be read immed'iately the second and third times and put
<br />on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster,
<br />Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt. Thereupon the resolution was read
<br />the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon
<br />was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt.
<br />Mr. Caster moved, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that Council approve the plan as
<br />submitted by the Engineer for the change in the intersection of Great Northern
<br />Blvd, and Kennedy Ridge Rd, subject to the stipulation that the developer will
<br />reconstruct and improve Kennedy Ridge Rd. at their expense as shown on the plan
<br />on file with no reimbursement by the City. "Yeas" Caster, Christman, Leonard,

<br />Mr. Ca§ter moved, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that legislation be prepared to enter
<br />into an agreement with the Village of Olms-ted Falls, Olmsted Township and the City
<br />of Bay Village for the mutual exchange of fire fighting services. "Yeas" Caster,
<br />Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt.
<br />Mr. Limpert moved, seconded by Mr. Caster, that legistation be prepared authorizing
<br />the appointment of one policeman and one fireman in eccordance with the recommendation
<br />of the Finance Committee with the stipulation that an additional man for each
<br />? department could be appointed if the Local Government Funds for 1963 are sufficient
<br />to warrant these additions. "Yeas" Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani,
<br />Van Zandt.
<br />Mr. Caster moved, seconded by Mr. Leonard, that legislation be prepared to amend
<br />Ordinance 62-128 to increase the salary of the Custodian of Public Buildings to

<br />Mr. Caster moved, seconded by Mr. Van Zandt, that legislation be prepared authorizing
<br />the Service Director to proceed with the storm sewer survey for Lorain Rd. "Yeas"

<br />Mr. Caster moved, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that legislation be prepared for a
<br />rezoning change in the Rose Tree Subdivision No. 1 to Multiple Residence and Two-

<br />rezoniAg of the C.M. Bowen Property on Clague Road to Multiple Residence. "Yeas"

<br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. Caster, that legislation be prepared for the
<br />acceptance of the revised improvement plans for the remainder of Revere Drive

<br />The increase in fees for building permits for new construction is to be studied
<br />further by the Legislative Committee and the LawDirector.
