<br />Resolution No. 62-174 was given its third and final readirg. A resolution
<br />accepting the improvement plans for Deerfiietd Subdivision Na, i, and declaring
<br />an emergency, it was moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by Mr. Caster, the resolutior
<br />be adopted as read. The affirmative vote therean was as follows: Caster, Christman,
<br />Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt.
<br />Ordinance No..62-179 was introduced by Mr. Mangani. An ordinance authorizing reimbursemer
<br />to Philip Engoglia of the cost of the inst+allation of a certain thirty-six inch
<br />culvert in connection with the storm sewer sysfiem of the City of North Olmsted, as
<br />a moral claim, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Mangani, seconded by
<br />Mr. Christman, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote
<br />on said motion was as follows: Caster, Chr'istman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani9 Van Zandt.
<br />Thereupon the ordinance was read the seconci and third times and put upon its passage
<br />and the affirmative vote thereon was as fo'llows: Caster, Christman, Leonards Limpert,
<br />Mangani, Van Zandt.
<br />Resolution No. 62-182 was given its second reading.
<br />Ordinance No. 62-183 was given its •second reading. The Clerk was instructed to
<br />send a follow-up letter to the Planning Conimission so that their recommendations will
<br />be forthcoming.
<br />Resolution No. 62-184. A resolution accept;ing certain easements in Country Club
<br />? Boulevard, Great' Northern Boulevard and c>ver and upon lands contiguous and adjacent
<br />thereto as set forth on the attached plat, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Christman
<br />moved, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that this r-esolution be tabled until the first
<br />of the year:. "Yeas" Caster, Christman, Le:onard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt.
<br />Resolution No. 62-185 was introduced by Mr. Limpert. A resolution in memory of the
<br />late G. Herbert Schwenk. It was moved by Nlr. Limpert, seconded by Mr. Caster,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the
<br />second and third times and put on its passaige. The affirmative vote on said
<br />motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, Van Zandt.

<br />Ordinance No. 62-186 was introduced by Mr. Caster. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor
<br />to enter into a contract with the City if North Ridgeville, Ohio for the mutual
<br />exchange of fire fighting services ahd declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mro
<br />Caster, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance
<br />be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative
<br />vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani,
<br />Van Zandt. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times and put
<br />upon itt passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman,

<br />plans for the extension of the sanitary sewer system on Dover Rd. to the south side
<br />of Butternut Ridge Rd, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Christman,
<br />seconded by Mr. Caster, that the statutory rule be suspended and the resotution
<br />be read immediately the second and third times and put on its passege. The affirmative
