<br />Ordinance No. 62-189 was introduced by Mir. Limpert. An ordinance authorizing the
<br />Mayor to enter into a contract with the Village of Olmsted Falls, Ohio, for the
<br />mutuat exch'ange of fire fighting service;s, and declari ng an emergency. It was
<br />moved by Mr. Limpert, seconded by Mr. Miingani, that the statutory rule be
<br />suspended and the ordinance be read immFdiately the second and third times and
<br />put on its passage. The affirmative vR?? Q??said motion was as fallows: Caster,

<br />Mayor to enter into a contract with the City of Bay Vtilage, Ohio, for the mutual
<br />exchange of fire fighting services, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by
<br />Mr. Limpert; seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the statutory rule be susperided and the
<br />ordinance be read imnediately the second and third times and put on its pa;sage.

<br />Resolution No. 62-192 was introduced by Mr. Christman. A resolution accepting
<br />the revised improvement plans for sanitary sewer and water tine on a section
<br />of Revere Drive in Joseph Hoislbayer's Beverly Hills Park Estates, and declaring
<br />on emergency. It was moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by Mr. Van Zondt. that
<br />the statutoty rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second
<br />and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motton was
<br />as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Thereupon the resolution was read the second and third times and put upon its

<br />Resolution No. 62-193 was introduced by Mr. Caster. A resolution authorfzing the
<br />DireGtor of!Public Service to have the City Engineer make a survey of the
<br />storm sewers atong the entire length of Lorain Road, and declaring an ?mergency.
<br />It was moved by Mr. Caster, seconded by Mr. Leonard, that the statutory rale be
<br />suspended and the resolution be read im,mediately the second and thtrd t+mes and
<br />put on its passage. The affirmative vate on $aid motion was as follows: Caster,
