DECEMBER 4, 1962 - PAGE 3 <br />Ordinance No. 62-204 was introduced by Mr. Mangani and given its first reading <br />only and referred to the Planning Commission for their recommendation. An <br />ordinance amending the Zone Map adopte;d as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 (known <br />as the Zoning Ordinance of theCity of North 0lmsted) by changing the designation <br />thereon of certain land hereinafter described by metes and bounds (and otherwise <br />known as a parcel of land between the southerly line of Rose Tree Subdivision <br />and the northerly limits of the 6enerdl Retail Business District on the <br />southerly line of Lorain Road near the northwest corner of the interesection of <br />Clague Road and Lorain Road) from its present designation thereon of Class C <br />Residence District to that of Multiple: Residence District. <br />Ordinance No. 62-205 was introduced by Mr. Mangani and given its first reading <br />only and referred to the Planning Commission for their recommendation. An ordinance <br />amending the Zon.e Map adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 (known as the <br />Zoning Ordinance of the City of North Olmsted) by changing the designation <br />thereon of certain land hereinafter described by mates and bounds (and otherwise <br />known as part of the Rose Tree Subdivision Parcel) from its present designation <br />thereon of Class C Residence District to that of Multip)e Residence District. <br />Resolution No. 62-206 was introduced by Mr. Caster. A resolution authorizing <br />the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for certain sewer cleaning <br />equipment as set forth in specifications now on file in his office and dectaring <br />a n emergency. It was moved by Mr. Caster, seconded by Mr. O'Neill, that the <br />statutory rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and <br />third times and put on its passage. The affirmat+ve vote on said motion was as . <br />follows: Caster, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupon the <br />resolution was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the <br />affirmative vote thereon was as follow:s: Caster, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, <br />0'Neill, Van Zandt. <br />??7'4 '?,L^ ,../?i81 ia.-Cl...r ?'?.• <br />tW, that the Law Director be directed <br />Mr. ? moved, seconded by Mr.42Ai <br />to prepare legislatiors authorizing the Safety Director to advertise for bids for <br />overhead school blinker lights. "Yeas" Caster, 4eonard, Limpert, Maingani,0'hleitl, <br />Van Zandt. <br />Mr. Limpert moved, seconded by Mr. Van Zandt, that the Law Director be directed <br />to prepare legislation authorizing the Safety Director to advertise for bids for <br />a traffic light to be installed at Butt:ernut & Dover and a single pHase light <br />to ?_,e installed at Porter & Lorain. "Ye;as" Caster, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, <br />O;Neill, Van Zandt. <br />Mr. Leonard moved, seconded by Mr. O'Neill, that the Law Director be directed to <br />prepare legislation changing the name cof Brookpark Extension to North Park <br />D'rive. "Yeas" Caster, Leonard, Limpert., Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt. <br />Mr. Limpert requested the Service Direc:tor to investigate the possibility of <br />obtaining property so that Mill Road and Brookpark Extension could be one street. <br />Mr. Leonard moved, seconded by Mr. O'Neill, that the Clerk direct a letter to the <br />State Highway Department advising that Council and the Mayor recommend Routes <br />?.- A-Alt. F-and A for the Outer Belt South Freeway,lnterstate Route No. $0, extens+on <br />`? through North Olmsted. "Yeas" Leonard, Limpert, O'Neill, Van Zandt. "Nays" <br />Caster, Mangani. <br />
