<br />Ordinance No. 62-216 was introduced by Mr. O'Neill. An ordinance authorizing and
<br />directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No, 231-39-113,
<br />being an a5sessment for preparation of p)ans and specifications for sanitary sewers,
<br />and declareng an emergency. It was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mr. Mangani,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second
<br />and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote an said motian was as
<br />follows: Caster, Christman,•Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zpndt. Thereupan
<br />the ordinance wes read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the
<br />affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert,

<br />Ordinance No. 62-217 was introduced by Mr. Caster. An ordinance to provide for the
<br />issuance of notes in anticipation of the 1evry of special assessments and in anticipation
<br />of the issuance of bonds to pay the cost of improving c.ertain streets in the City of
<br />North Olmsted by constructing sanitary sewers, and declaring an emergency. It was
<br />moved by Mr. Caster, seconded by Mr, O'Neill, that the statutory rule be suspended and
<br />the ordinance be read immediately the seconcl and thArd times and put on its passage.

<br />Resolution No. 62-218 was introduced by Mr. Limpert. A resolution authorizing the
<br />Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for flasher lights and signs marking
<br />school zones according to specifications no4a on file in his office, and declaring
<br />an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Limpert, seconded by Mr. O'Neill, that the statutory
<br />rule be suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and third tjmes
<br />and put on its passage. The affirmative vot:e on said motion was as follows: Caster,
<br />Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupon the resolution
<br />was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote

<br />of Public Safety to advertise for bids for t:wo stop lights for use at Dover Center
<br />and Butternut Ridge Roads and Porter and Bui:ternut Ridge Roads both in accordance
<br />with specifications now on file in his offi<:e, and declaring an emergency. It was m4ved by
<br />Mr. Limpert, seconded by Mr. Leonard, that i:he statutory rule be suspended and the
<br />resolution be re6d immediately the second arid third times and put on its passage.

<br />Ordinaqce No. 1341.02 relating to the dropping of materials on City streets as part
<br />of Chapter 1341 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, and declaring
<br />an emergenc.y. It was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mr. Limpert, that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the ordinanc:e be read immediately the second and
