DECEMBER 18, 1962 - PAGE 6 <br />Ordinance No. 62-221 was introduced by Mr. L.ennard. An ordinance emending Codified <br />Ordinance No, 1341.99 providing penalties for vioiations of the sections of Chapter <br />1341 -)f the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, and decla`ring an <br />emer4ency. It was moved by Ftr. Leonard, ser.onded by Mr. O'Neill, that the stotuto ry <br />rule be suspee-aded and the ordinance be read immediatety the second and third times <br />and put on its passage. The affirmative vot:e on said motion was as follows: Caster, <br />Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupon the ordinance <br />was read the second and third timeS and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote <br />thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, L.eonard, Limpert, Mangani, 0'Neill, Van <br />Zandt. <br />Ordinance No. 62-222 was introduced by Mr. CI'Neill. An ordinance transferriny <br />appropriations. It was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mr. Mangani, that the <br />statutory rule be suspended and the ordinanc:e be read immediately the seconci and <br />third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as <br />follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, O'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupon <br />the ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its passage and the <br />affirmative vote thereon was as foltows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, <br />O'Neill, Van Zandt. <br />Ordinance No. 62-223 was introduced by Mr. C;hristman and given its first reading <br />only and referred to the Planning Commissiori for their recommendation. An ordinance <br />amending the zone map adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 known as the Zoning <br />Ordinance of the City of North Olmsted, by changing the designation thereon of <br />certain land hereinafter described by metes and bounds (and otherwise known as <br />part of the Claude M. Bowen Parcel) from its present designation thereon as Class <br />C Residence District to that of Multi.ple Re:sidence District. <br />Ordinance No. 62-224 was introduced by Mr. Gaster and given its first reading only <br />and refer°red to the Planning Commission for their recommendation. An ordinance <br />amending the zone map adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 known as the Zoning <br />Ordinance of the City of North Olmsted, by changing the designation thereon of <br />certain land hereinafter described by metes and bounds from its present designation <br />thereon as Class C Residence District to that of Multiple Residence District. <br />Ordinance No. 62-225 was introduced by Mr. Leonard, and given its first reading only <br />and referred to the Planning Commission for their recommendation. An ordinance <br />changing the name of a section of Brookpark Extension from Porter Road on the east <br />to the west line of Sherwood Estates Subdivision on the west, to North Park Drive in <br />the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 62-226 was introduced by Mr. Mangani and given its first reading only <br />and referred to the Planning Commission for their recommendation. An ordinance <br />amending the zone map adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 (known as the Zoning <br />Ordinance of the City of North Olmsted) by ehanging the designation thereon of certain <br />land hereinafter described by metes and bounds (and otherwise known as the Kamms <br />Corner Realty Campany Parcel) from its prese;nt designation which is of a General <br />Retail Buseness District for a part thereof and a Residence District for the balance <br />to that of Mixed Use for the entire parcel. <br />Ordinance No. 62-227 was introduced by Mr. Mangani. An ordinance amending Ordinance <br />O'Neill, that the statutory rule be suspende;d and the ordlnance be read immediately <br />No. 62-200 relating to acceptance of a warranty deed from Minnie Schmeller for certain <br />land at the intersection of Great Northern Blvd, and Kennedy Ridge Rd. for right of way <br />purposes and declaring an emergency.
