<br />Ordinance No. 63-38 was introduced by Mr. Christman. An ordinance authorzing and
<br />diripcting the cancellatipn of special assessments on permanent parcel No. 232-4_7,
<br />being an assessment for water line construction, and declaring an emergency. It was
<br />moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by Mr. Leanard, that the statutory rule be suspended
<br />and the ordtnance be read immediately the second and thir!d times and put on its
<br />passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman,
<br />I.eonard, Limpert, O'Neill, Van Zandt, ther-eupan the ordinance was read the second
<br />and third times and put upon its passage ar+d the affirmative vote thereon was as
<br />follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, O'Neill, Van Zandt.

<br />directing the canceliation of specia) asse<.isments on permanent parcel No. 232-4-7,
<br />being an assessment for preparation of p1ons and specifications for sanitary sewers,
<br />and declaring an emergency. It was maved by Mr. Leonard, seconded by Mr. Limpert,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and ttie ordinance be read immediately the
<br />second and third kimes and put an its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion
<br />was as fol)pws: Caster, Chris,tman, Leonard, Limpert, O'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupon
<br />the ordinance was read the seeond and third times and put upon its passage and the
<br />affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Ciister, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, O'Neill,
<br />Van Zandt.
<br />Ordinance No. 63-40 was fntroduced by Mr, O'Neill. An ordinance giving the consent
<br />of the City of North Olmsted to the mslntenance and repair of certain roads within
<br />the Ctty. !t was moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mr. Uan Zandt, that the
<br />statutory rule be suspended and the ordinamce be read immediately the second and
<br />theird times and put on its passage. 7he affirmative vote on said motion was as
<br />follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, O'Neill, Van zandt. Thereupon the
<br />ordinance was read the second and third tiimes and put upon its passage end the
<br />affirmative vqte thereon was as foll,ows: Caster, Christman, I.eonard, Limpert,
<br />O'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Mr. Van Xandt moved, seconded by Mr. Leonard, that Ordinances No. 63-10, 63-11
<br />and 63-12 be referred back to the Legislative Committee for reconsideration.

<br />tq in$tail street signs and paint fire hydrants aecording to specifications of
<br />the Service Directqr. "Yeas" Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, O'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Mr. Christman moved, seconded by Mr. l.impert, that the Serviee Director be reque.sted
<br />to instruct the City Engineer to check the sanitary sewer lines to ascertain if
<br />they will be adequate to seruice the area pn either side of Clague Rd, north of
<br />Loraln Rd. where rezoning is being proposed for Multiple Residence. "Yeas" Caster,
<br />Christman, Leonard, Limpert, O'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />The Service Director advised that he has plans and descriptions of property easements
<br />for the storm sewer for the Decker, Porter, Burns area and would submit a set to the
<br />Planning Commission and atso to the Public, Development and Service Committes for review.
<br />The Service Director requested that the position af Landfill Operator be created with
<br />a wage scale of $2.50 to $2.75 per hour as the man now doing the work is not
<br />satisfied and the Service pirector feels I-te would have a difficult time replacing this
<br />man.
