An ordinance authorizing and <br />directing the cancellation of special asses<_;ments on permanent parcel No. 231-22-4, <br />being an assessment for preparation of plansi and specifications for sanitary sewers, <br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Leonard, seconded by Mr. Limperty <br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the: ordire nce be read immediately the secanci <br />and third times and put on its passage. The: affirmative vote on said motion was as <br />foltows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert:, O'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupon the <br />ordinance was read the second and third time:s and put upon its passage and the <br />affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, <br />O'Neill, Van Zandt. <br />Ordinance No. 63-34 was introduced by Mr. L'Iimpert. An ordinance authorizing and <br />directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No. 231-22-9, <br />being an assessment for sidewalk construction, and declaring an emergency. It was <br />moved by Mr. Limpert, seconded by Mr. O'Neill, that the statutory rule be suspended <br />and the ordinance be read immediately the se'cond and third times and put on its <br />passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, <br />Leonard, Limpert, O'Neill, Van Zandt. It was moved by Mr. Van Zandt, seconded by Mr. Caster, <br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second <br />and third times and put on its passage. Thie affirmative vote on said motion was as <br />follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, O'Neill, Van Zandt.
