<br />Mr. Leonard advised that the Utilities Commii.tee now has the survey, for 1ighting on
<br />[,orain Rd, from the Illuminating Company and requested a Committee of Council as a
<br />whole to meet and review this survey on Tuesciay, January 29, 1963 at 7:30 P.M.
<br />Mr. Limpert advised that the Safety CommitteE: had contacted ths Schaol Board and
<br />that the School Board feels that the law reqiairing motorists to stop in either
<br />director for school buses on Lorain Rd. should be enforced and that the 5afety
<br />Committee recommends that this law stay as is.

<br />Ordinance No. 63-29 was introduced by Mr. 0'Neill. An ordinanGe authorizing and
<br />directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No. 233-21-19,
<br />being an assessment for water line construction,and declaring an emergency. It was
<br />moved by Mr. O'Neill, seconded by Mr. Van Zandt, that the statutory rule be suspended
<br />and the ordinance be read immediately the second and third times and put on its
<br />passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman,
<br />Leonard, Limpert, O'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second
<br />and third times and put upon its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as
<br />follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, O'Neill, Van Zandt.
<br />Ordinance No. 63-30 was introduced by Mr. Van Zandt. An ordinance authorizing and
<br />directing the canceltation of special assessments on permanent parcel No. 233-21-20,
<br />being an assessment for water line construction, and declaring an emergency. It was
<br />moved by Mr. Van Zandt, seconded by Mr. Cast.er, that the statutory rule be suspended
<br />and the ordinance be read immediately the se:cond and third times and put on its

<br />and the ordinance be read immediately the se:cond and third times and put on its
<br />passage. The affirmative vote on said motinn was as follows: Caster, Christman,

<br />directing the cancellation of special assessments on permanent parcel No. 231-22-3,
<br />being:an assessment for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers,
<br />and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Christman, seconded by Mr. Leonard,
<br />that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read immediately the second
<br />and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative vote on said rrotion was as
<br />follows: Caster, ChrisCman, Leonard, Limpert, O'Neill, Van Zandt. 7hereupon the
