The Mayor advised that he is having an investigation made on the f1ow of infiltration in the sanitary sewer tines. The Law Director adv6sed that the deed for the 5chmeller property is in the hands of the Title Company and should be filed shortly and then work cara proceed with the inter5ection at Kennedy.Ridge and Great Northerra Bouievard. The Clerk read the foilowing correspondence: 1. Letter from North Oimsted Chamber of Commerce requesting a joint meeting with Council and the Mayor on 2-28-63 to discuss the future development of the industrial site. ' 2. Letter from Ohio Bell inviting the Mayor and Council to an Open House at the Spring-Rege:nt Office on Lorain Road on 2-27-63. This date was chanqed to 3-14-63. 3. Letter from Cleveland Metropolit.an Park District regarding the zoning of land on Lorain Rd. 4. Letter from D.A. Uhrich, Chairman of the Sanitation Committee of the Westlake Council regardirig a culvert in the dcainage d°+tch on the west side of Clague; Rd. Mr. Van Zandt9 Chaio°man of the Legislative Committee, reported on a meeting held February 16, 1963 with the Home Builde:rs Association in regards to Ordinance 62-173 and advised that the Committee will meet with the Association to discuss suggesteons made by the Association. Mr. Caster, Chairman of the Finance Committee, reported on their meeting of February 15, 1963 and advised that the budget would be returned to the Mayor wi th sugges t a ons arad except i ons th i s week. Mr. Christman requested the Engineer to work up a rafie schedule for the Park Ridge Treatmerat Plant. Mr. Leonard5 Chairman of the Utitities Committee, reported on their meeting with Council as a whole on 2-12-63 and advised that the Committee recommends installation of Mercury light5 on Lorain Rd. from Dover Road east as far as the expenditure of $4000.00 will allow. Mr. Leonard stated that Mr. Ross of CEI is to evaluate this recommendation and advise the best use of the monies to obtain lighting for thegreatest distance. Ordinance No. 62-225 was given its third and final reading. An ordinance changing the name of a section of Brookpark Extension from Porter Road on the east to the west tine of Sherwood Estates Subdivision on the West, to North Park Drive in the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Mr. Leonard9 secoraded by Mr. Van Zandt, that the ordinance be adopted as read. The affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert, Mangani, 0'Nesll, Van tandt. Resolution INo, 63-41 given its second read1ing. •?; Ordinance No. 63-50 was introduced by Mr. Mangani. An ordinance authorizing and directing the cancellat+on of special assessments on permanent parcel No. 235-10-16y being an assessment for preparation of pleans and specifications for sanitary sewers, and declaa-ing an emergency.
