<br />sanitary sewers, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Van Zandt moved, seconded by

<br />Ordinance No. 63-53 Was introduced by Mr. Caster. An ordinance amending Section
<br />1 of Resolution No. 3101 relating to Sewage Treatment Plant Operators and the
<br />compensation therefor, and declaring an emergency. M1r.. Caster mnved, seconded by
<br />Mr. Mangani, that the statutory rule be suspended and the ordinance be read
<br />immediately the second and third times and put on its passage. The affirmative
<br />vote on said motion was as follows: Caster, Christman, Leonard, Limpert,
<br />Mangani, 0'Neill, Van Zandt. Thereupon the ordinance was read the second
<br />and third times and put upon its passage, and the affirmative vote thzreon

<br />Resoiution No. 63-54 was introduced by Mlr. Limpert. A resolution authorizing the
<br />Director of Public Safety to advertise for bids for one police car as per
<br />specifications on file in his office, arid declaring an emergency. It wac
<br />moved by Mr. Limpert, seconded by Mr. Le:onard, that the statutory rute be
<br />suspended and the resolution be read immediately the second and thircl tfines
<br />and put on its passage. The affirmative; vote on said motion was as follows:
